Restaurant was clean. Service was fast. People were nice. However, only 3 employees working!!! These people need a raise or a bonus of some sort. Food was just ok. Fries weren't fresh and 1 of the drink machines was out of carbonation and the other out of most flavors. The staff needs help! Thank you for the great service especially with as short staff yall were.

Went thru drive thru today and got two large diet Cokes. I kid you not, best diet coke ratio I've had in years. Can't recommend this place enough. I like over an hour away from it but debating driving back there next

Well I was going to post here that I was stopped for being barefoot before passing the 2nd door but looking at the reviews, I guess the guy did me a favor by avoiding me from complaining about the food though I feel it's a $5-6 loss on their part because "You got to wear shoes here!". Um, no I don't. I know too many Wendy's, as also other restaurants & stores that are barefoot friendly & this one just put me 1 place less of the 500th mark (280+/- of those barefoot friendly are located in Lakeland alone.).Due to everyone else reviews, I won't be coming back to this one anymore as there's Wendy's surrounding this one that has been having no problem accepting my $$ while I'm barefoot. This includes the Wendy's in the Tampa airport (Yes TPA is barefoot friendly. You'll just need to have footwear on standby when boarding a flight as some will make you wear shoes or miss your flight. A risk I would never want to chance.).Thank you for saving me $5.35 there. :-)

The service was very slow, and the two workers that I dealt with acted just like they didn't want to be there. No customer service etiquette at all.
