The lady Shift supervisor today “Colleen” around afternoon time was very disrespectful and have a snotty mouth not only towards 2 customers but i watched her disrespect the young lady that was working with her as well as the young lady trying to handle a customer that she seen waiting in line the shift supervisor comes an start yelling at the young lady for not doing something as “washing the container” but the young lady was tryna explain she was handling me in the line an after she handled me she wiped it down the shift supervisor “Colleen” continue to be rude towards the young lady gets mad an tell her “i don’t care you can clock out and go home” that was very unprofessional infront of customers another issue i seen was both shift supervisors arguing the 2 customers down about what they want on there sandwich i contacted HR because that’s not the first time i seen her be disrespectful an rude at the mouth

Placed an order for pick up through the Charley’s website when I received the order it was missing items and my sandwich was made it incorrectly. I called to get a refund and Brittney was very rude and had an attitude saying they close at 9pm and that I would need to make it in 15mins or request a refund from the website. I asked to speak with a manager she also had an attitude and was rude and condescending told me the refund had to be processed through the website and said isn’t that what the other person told me however the website said the location needed to do the refund. Finally was able to speak with the owner who said his wife has to issue the refund. Just got the run around. The worst place to order food from.

What’s the point of ordering on the app if I’m still gonna be waiting 20 min after I get here to receive my food?Finally got my food and I can tell they didn’t put the normal amount of food. If I’m paying for a large cheesesteak, I expect it all to be there. There should be no reason there’s more bread than cheesesteak. Honestly don’t know why I keep coming back to this location.
