Does anyone working at this Chipotle know how to READ? To the managing team, do you READ the comments and reviews about this horribly managed restaurant?I ordered a burrito bowl and got the exact opposite of what I ordered. If I wanted to eat a bowl of rice, I would’ve ordered it…..I probably wouldn’t have gotten it though because no one here can read.This Chipotle is the worst in this area. The food is poorly prepared, some of the employees are rude and refuse to read or listen to a customer’s order, and management does not care about any of it.Do better, this Chipotle sucks.

Have to say I’ve come here for years and not a big deal when they run short of food but the cashier today had an attitude. No smile. No hello. She missed charging me for something and then tells me why did I shrug my shoulders? She missed it and then has an attitude and is rude towards me not cool at all. All the staff is always friendly. I guess they need to show her how to treat customers. Very disrespectful and then she chimes back “what’s the shrug for?” I don’t know. You charged me then charged me again! I paid not looking for anything free but grabbed my bag when I was leaving. Is she for real? Love this place just not her service.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Staff is very rude, they cheat you on the portions they barely give you rice , any protein they act so entitled and when you ask for more they rudely and sloppily will make your food. Not to mention the hot bar doesn't work because all the food was cold. SUPER unprofessional! I will never visit here again.

I got food poisoning from this location and the staff here is rude. This chipotle needs to be shut down. Who ever is running this place what are you doing… I literally had to call out of work and get my shift picked up because I was so sick after eating a burrito from here. Worst chipotle location I have ever been to.

I visited the Chipotle located at 1760 N University Dr 2 Ste 2 Plantation, FL 33322. After placing my order, I requested extra dressing from the server. However, a young lady (two tone dread) rudely denied my request and pushed the dressing to the side and threw away my bowl. and ordered the other employees not to assist me, claiming that it was against their policy. I offered to pay extra for it, but she continued to be disrespectful and started shouting, causing other customers to leave. This was a very embarrassing and disrespectful experience for me, and I left the store in tears with my dignity that was a terrible experience. How does Chipotle accept such behavior. The manager also didn't seem to care and sided with the other employees. I don't understand why a restaurant would refuse to give a customer extra dressing. I am calling corporate this was uncalled for. I will never step foot at this location. Not sure if I ever will eat from this restaurant.

I had by far the absolute worse experience here at chipotle. All the servers could at least put on a fake smile and fake service. One lady in specific her name was cleopatra was extremely rude and had the absolute most disgusting attitude after simply asking for an extra bowl and more. Never stepping foot here again.

terrible location ran out of food 45 minutes before they close. Why not just change your hours in if you're not gonna have any beans, rice, steak, or anything to serve the customers.
Horrendous employees and food quality. I've lived in this area WAY before the Plaza was even there.. No matter how many times my husband and I go, 9/10 the food is NOT ready (after online ordering an HOUR previously). I understand that the employees are most likely burnt out and tired. What's NOT acceptable is when we NICELY say hello and wait patiently, for them to just be RUDE for absolutely no reason. I've worked retail for MANY years and this is just absolutely terrible. They have had MUTLTIPLE instances where they have been shut down for health/food violations. Not only are they rude, the food is TRASH compared to ANY other Chipotle I've been to in my LIFE. Just PASS and eat in ANY other food chain in the Plaza. Unless you enjoy being treated like trash and eating trash food :) SHUT THIS LOCATION DOWN.

One of the locations I continued to ask myself why I waste my time trying. Majority of the staff mope around like it's forced labor, with the extremely rare occasion there is anyone there that acts Nuetral let alone happy or energetic to serve. Unsure if it's a mental stimulation or actually subpar cooking but the quality and flavor (let alone going in depths to the lazy assembly) do not share the same taste as many other locations in the area.
