TerribleOn Saturday 2/17/24 I spent $85 on oxtail dinner, steamed snapper dinner, conch fritters, fried conch, and chicken souseThe oxtail dinner was a small portion, I believe they served me the lunch portions, potato salad was disgusting and extremely saltyThe steamed snapper dinner, snapper was undersized and extremely salty. The snapper was so small that I think it maybe illegal to serve snapper that small. Portion was small and I believe I was served the lunch portionThe fried conch was terrible and wasn’t fried golden brown, taste staleThe chicken souse is normally good but this time it came filled with a bunch of potatoes and the container had a hole in it which was leaking the entire time.I’m extremely disappointed in the food from this restaurant and wouldn’t recommend them..The one star is for the conch fritters…. A+

Got chicken in the bag. That authentic 'chicken in da bag' flavor was there but I could tell that it was fried in OLD oil. They gave a Cornish hen sized leg quarter and one lonely wing(one flat)they gave enough fries for at least 3 people... why i really don't know. Attempted to buy vita malt and bill went from $20.90 to $29 so I politely asked the price and the lady looked at me like I was stupid lol. Got the receipt and was charged a service fee for using a debit card which was not disclosed at the time of payment. Man just go Dwikeys or somewhere else in Miami one time.

Community staple. Still the most authentic conch salad for miles. Sadly, the chef has gotten lazy... huge chunks of veggies and tiny slivers of conch wasn't optimal.

Yummy taste of the Bahamas in a friendly “hole-in-the-wall” joint. Take out or dine-in won’t disappoint! Recommending the mac-n-cheese, the chicken wings, and the rice and peas! They say the conch fritters are off the chain!

I’ve been here a couple times now for quick lunch, but must likely won’t return. The food is mediocre at best. The conch isn’t fresh…… probably because they don’t seem to do much business. I’ll just go down to Miami for cracked conch.

Older women was so RUDE to me when I asked for an extra sauce and to switch out my tartar sauce for conch sauce with my grouper fingers. She said it was a quarter, that was no problem! I pulled the quarter out and she gave me tartar sauce. I usually get the orange conch sauce with my fingers so when I realized what she gave me I asked if she could switch it out and she looked at me like I was crazy.I may look and sound American but ma’am my family is Bahamian descent and we use conch sauce for all our fried seafood. It’s a shame to come in town all the way from New Orleans with hopes of enjoying some good Bahamian food and to be treated like that! No wonder they weren’t busy and had no upcoming orders.

I didn't listen to the reviews and regret it so much. I spent $40 on seasonless conch and soggy fries. Customer service was decent, but food quality wise this is the worse Conch Heaven I've been to.
