It was my birthday and me and my husband went to this location to celebrate. I didnt get her name but the waitress was a hispanic short woman with red curly pony tail.My husband told her nicely ,we here to use a B-day coupon and we don't want anything else. Her whole demeanor changed. She handed my plate with " There you go" and walked away. She acted like we were not going to give her a tip which we definitely had that planned to tip her.After her rude behavior we decided to keep are $5 dollars .

I got a cheeseburger and seasoned fries. The meat was tasteless and the fries were way overcooked. Screaming children dominated the restaurant when I was first there. I live 2 miles away and I'll never be back.

Walked in there Sunday night to grab a to-go order. One waiter working, place was pretty slow, only 6 or 7 tables ov people. We're standing there about 10 minutes and finally the guy comes over, not looking like he wants to be there AT ALL, and says "I'll be with you in a minute" and walks away..I can see he's not doing much in the kitchen.He looked hung over to be honest. After another 6 minutes he comes to the register "ok what do you need?" No personality whatsoever. A shell of a person. I put my order in, it was done in another 10 minutes and we hit it out of there. I've heard the service here sucks and boy are they right! I'll never come here to eat! Although the burger was good. Other than that, don't bother dining in at this dump. After Covid, no one wants to work and it's clearly evident. Very sad. I'd only do online or to-go orders from here.

The short spanish lady with the long burgandy red hair pony tail was nasty. My husband and I came in for a free birthday Every day slam and he told the waitress that all we wanted was that and nothing more. She handed me my plate with HERE YOU GO. I didnt even thanked her. She already had a demenor that this is a free meal she will not get a tip. I had 3 dollars ready for her and was actually going to give her a tip.
