we called and you sit on hold for 45 minutes. we ordered pizza on the 8th 33352 is the receipt number. and i called back on the 9th and they messed our order up horribly the order took two hours and malik gave me full credit for a full order and we called today to order and they informed me that there was a 5 day policy and he never informed us. also the manager was very rude she hung up on us! i don't recommend going to this place they need new employees!!!

I order food from this location all the time. They always mess up my order. I complain for the first time and was promised a free make up order for my Philly cheesesteak they messed up.I have never complained and was promised this replacement. I call up today and the store manager denies my replacement order telling her staff to relay to me that it is a new store policy that if you don’t reorder in 5 days the promise made will not be honored.I will not be ordering from you ever again Selena thank you for your great customer service and neglecting to honor a promise made by a member of your team.Start training your staff to get orders right.

I ordered a pizza well done cut into squares . I gotten a lightly baked pizza with dough in the middle. Nobody wanted to speak to me to fix it, only saying I'm l send someone to get. So rude. The refused to give me a refund- and told me I cannot have a refund. And nor would they give me names - they placed me on a silent hold. I am definitely taking this up. 1:02 pm 2/23/24 this call needs to listened too. They refused me my money back and tried to tell me it is a pan pizza, it's fucking raw. I'm going to corporate

Do not order from this Dominos. We were staying at a local hotel overnight because our flight was canceled and it was one of the only places to offer delivery. After our order was placed the confirmation said 65-75 minutes for delivery. The store was only 4.5 miles away, but we were okay to wait. And then once it was over 45 minutes, I tried to check our tracker and the app kept saying it couldn’t locate my order. And I tried calling the store but waited on hold for 10 minutes, four different times. I finally got through to someone on the 5th attempt, at this point it was over 90 minutes from the time I placed the order. The said the driver was 3 minutes away. The food finally arrived after 95 minutes and the pizza was smashed in the box, the sandwich was overcooked and dry. Warning to anyone looking at ordering from this location— you’re better off getting anything else but this!

Ordered a delivery from this location. The pizza arrived 1hr and 40 mins later. It was burnt! Was missing a topping, came to me cold... and looked like the photo. Not worth $27 for this... tried to contact customer service.. so far no call back. Called the actual store twice at this point and no answer both times. They should be embarrassed for this kind of food quality and service. All I got was an email with 50% off the next order.
