I would say out of everything that was on the menu. The best thing was their cheese Pupusas. I ordered the fried fish special as well as a Traska steaks to go so I’m not sure exactly how they taste but I did get the soup of the day which today is Sunday and it was horrific, also the cabbage slaw that comes with the Pupusas had no flavor no spice ??My Mom?? had to put hot sauce on hers just to give it some type of flavor. The kids chicken tasted a little burnt, and the tamale could’ve had more veggies in it and olives and chicken.

Mediocre breakfast. The "chorizo" on the scrambled eggs was Italian sausage. What a disgrace. The coffee was terrible and the refried beans were seasoned pretty bad. The only good thing was the Honduran cream and the sweet plantains. But honestly, how can you mess that up? Won't come back. This is a perfect example of a single Honduran restaurant without much competition around. They get complacent or just don't really care about representing their country legitimately. Thankfully I can always turn to mom for legit Honduran food.

A very small place but delicious food. What impresses me are the prices that are not even the same as the menu and you pay more than you thought. Chicken tamales are $4 and pupusas are $4 and with those prices you can no longer come and buy for the whole family it is very expensive. If you have a ticket I recommend it but if you are short on money, no. The baleadas are not very good nor very well served for the price, nor do they add avocado. I hope they improve their prices because then you can't even leave a tip.

This is the second time we visited Estes place, the first time the food was cold and the service very slow and unfriendly. Months later we decided to give it a second chance because my son loves pupusas and we were in the area. This time the service was much better but we ordered fried chicken with slices and the chicken was raw, the waitress was kind. She removed the chicken to bring a new one and the second time it was raw again. The Owner or manager came to apologize and offer us dessert but we were already disappointed with the experience. When we asked for the bill they charged us for the chicken that we did not eat because it was raw.

Absolutely love this place I been coming here for so many years since I was 6 I’m 15 now and it’s still my favorite place to
I came by recommendation to have coffee and had a very pleasant time, the place is very cozy and familiar which gives a very relaxed vibe to it, cleanliness might improve a bit but was not terrible, the staff here is very very nice and makes you feel at home, prices are very decent.
Amaazing food! Our waiter was awesome, the staff also worked as a team in bringing and cleaning up our food. The food can’t get better and the prices are fair for the portion size. Always a great spot to get great food. I love introducing my friends to this restaurant. Now they go here without me ?

I ordered the mondongo soup and a baleada and both dishes lacked flavor. Also ordered chicharones (pork chunks) and the amount was definitely not worth $7, the meat was so dry that I couldn't chew it. But the service was fast and good.

This is so difficult for me to write... I come here often but this time its to hard for me to not write this review. I found a COCKAROACH in my burritio. I took one bite and was looking at the the other taco and noticed something. started picking at it and ended up being a cockroach. Me and my friends left in disgust and I hope management fixes their food cleanliness. I am expecting a refund at 5420 NE 22nd terr, unit 24, fort Lauderdale, 33308.
