We don't know what's changed, but we've gone to Jacaranda pizza since it opened over forty years ago.. Recently, our past three orders, two takeout, one in house dining were disappointing. The pizzas were not their usual perfection. One takeout pizza was so uncooked, we put it in the oven at home.......Barely any sauce and skimpy cheese. In House dining the staff is wonderful, always attentive. However, pickup at the counter staff members are usually abrupt and have an attitude like they're doing you a favor. They don't even greet you, only ask for your number. After visiting for all these years, we don't know if we should give it another try????? Although the restaurant isn't updated, you could always count on getting a delicious pizza, antipasto or meal. What's different over the past three months?

if not every friday, every other friday we're there, amazing food, can't just say one dish, all of them are great! Incredible service, the whole staff is super friendly and courteous, the place has this old-school vibe, clean, not expensive at all, you won't regret....maybe not going there sooner!

I've been a customer for over 30 years!! The best NY style ? in S Florida!! But wait, that's not all... the pasta and sandwiches are also amazing.
Food was good. Started off with a Chef Salad which is big enough for 2 people. Also Ordered a half dozen garlic rolls and a Medium Pizza Fantasia.It is true what other reviewers are saying about it being a little outdated but the food is good, at least what I ordered. I have not tried other things on the menu yet. I do intend to come back.Gave 4 stars for service because our server would disappear for long periods at a time.

When called, they stated they can’t refund partial order and we’d need to come back for the rolls. They stated “we aren’t going to comp a pizza and salad just for missing some rolls” and “salad is more expensive anyways” (although we didn’t order it). So disappointed as we traveled all day and just wanted a pizza and rolls, and they can’t fix their own mistake without inconveniencing us again.

We have dined in and had delivery. The food is excellent with generous portions. The atmosphere has a friendly, down-home feeling, and the service could not be better. We've been in southern Florida for over 2 years now and are always on the lookout for 'new' restaurants. Jacaranda is definitely our new best Italian restaurant!
Pizza is really good. One of the best new york style pizza in Broward. Definitely recommend

The restaurant itself is not clean, only tables. I ordered a set of garlic breads, which came tiny and a little rough on the bottom. Pizza was delicious, but our waitress took a long time and didn't ask if we wanted a refill or anything. We finished and asked for the bill she took another 20

Place sucks. Rushed out at 9:20 says I need to order or won’t be able. Stated they close at 10. So thats a lie. Service was also trash. The kid running food was also just sitting at a table eating his food in between not very sanitary.

When you find local places in your neighborhood, it’s always a hit in the mist. This has definitely climbed a chart to be a local gem from every staff member, recognizing your face in your name when you walk to the door to always having a great suggestion or alternative when you don’t know what to order, I would highly recommend this place for Coffee lunch specials dinners when you just don’t feel like cooking or great pizza
