First of I'm amazed at the high rating, we wanted authentic Mexican dishes and shocked by the cafe menu of items avail. I will say the parking lot was a indication of the food, empty and 0 culture, on a taco tuesday. The place looked like a old cafe. Generally the place we went in Hallandale and Pompano had lines out the door of I hate to say but Mexicans.They are just too far to go anymore. The par boiled rice and un seasoned food was bland and terrible. As soon as it was sat in front of us It looked like all pre packaged meat and sauce warmed up, no culture,We took all of our food because my husband said he refused to go there spend 72$ and toss the food.Will never go back, the 13$ drink also tasted like a mix, my husband's was ok he got margarita no ice.Service was actually very attentive, polite but I saw him looking at out dissatisfaction l. We left tip for him. The chips and Salsa got the one star..It tasted fresh.

The food was great. The atmosphere was terrific. Location was also great. The server was very pushy. It was almost like being at a car dealership and the car salesman was just hovering over you pressuring you to order immediately. So the service wasn't that great. She also kept trying to tell my friend she needed another glass of wine. The charge for extra chips too. Which changed because it used to not be that way.
Excellent food every time and the margaritas are like no other. Highly recommended.

My new favorite Mexican restaurant! It’s been a while since I’ve been here and they completely re did the restaurant. The food was spot on and our server Hillary was an amazing server. Super clean great restaurant 10/10 recommend!
Our server Julio was so nice and attentive! We had a party of 25 (with 13 kids) he was patient and smiled the whole time. Nothing came out wrong and he constantly made sure we were OK. Excellent server!

Good place to go eat. Multiple sections and pretty fast service. Everything was hot and delicious. They do serve drinks, I just wish they had a bigger draft beer selection.
