Came on a Saturday night and it was pretty empty. Only 1 or 2 table aside from us and one waiter. Ordered bandeja paisa full order to split among my bf and I. It was enough to feed both of us. The portion was huge. The waiter service was ok, he did apologize for not being attentive. However I believe what seems to be a manager chatting at the lounge area and did in fact saw me look around several times and raised my hand up for attention. He did not acknowledge me. My bf also witness the manager being "that type". There was a customer needing assistance checking out at the front and instead of helping that customer he told the only waiter at the restaurant to help the customer when he's already there and could've lend a hand. Nonetheless the food was decent.

Absolutely terrible service. Host (seemed to be the manager too) was the absolute rudest host I've experienced in a while. Food was not terrible completely but way below par for price. Seemed like some of the waiters were trying to cover up/compensate for the horrible customer service from host but also seemed like they weee used to his behavior but couldn't say anything cuz that was their boss, who's know. Anyways I'll sure give them another try down the road but for now this was my most honest review.

As someone who does not consume meat im happy to say that their side selections are spectacular. Plus we came on a Saturday night and the live musician was playing wonderful hits as well as singing along with great attitude. Made me wish they had a dance floor! :D will be back thank you

Just about the worst service I've ever encountered. Ignored for 15 minutes by the door, with plenty of available tables. Finally seated, then ignored for another 10 minutes, no water, no give us a moment, just like we were invisible. So we left. No one noticed, or even cared.

I am new to the Katy area . I was in the search for a authentic Colombian restaurant. Let me beg you to not go here . I was expecting authentic product that would taste authentic as the Sign outside the location states . All I received was frozen products . Empanadas we're not good . Go to Gran Colombia !! On HW 6 .

Ordered empanadas a rum and coke and vodka clubs. After 20 minutes drinks arrived. The rum and coke tasted like water and the glass was half full. The vodka and club was also weak and tasteless. Waited 10 more minutes, no empanadas. We left money on the table for the drinks. I'll chalk it up to post Covid staffing. If customers have to deal with staffing issues, at least give them good drink and healthy pour.

We ended up in Marion,NC near exit 85 on I-40, on a holiday Monday. Most places were closed, and this place looked busy. My wife had nacho grande and I had beef fajita burito. Food was great, salsa was terrific. It was a good choice for us.

Absolutely yummies. Try the coconut lemonade. Lots of options and very flavorful. Good portions. Just all around great local Columbian flavor

Not a bad place, our waitress seemed like she really didn't want to be working. I can tell you, when I go to a Mexican restaurant, I expect tortillas to be served with the meal. Well, here, I had to ask for them, then was charged twenty five cents each. Food seemed to be mild, you go to a salsa bar to get some small plastic containers of what you may want to add for heat. We did leave with full bellies, and it didn't break the bank. We will go back.

Horrible food and unfriendly wait staff. To start the evening off, the waiter spilled a full glass of water on my husband with no apology. From there, the Taco Loco I ordered had a watery, white cheese in the bottom that was terrible. As far as my husband's meal goes, we had to get to a bathroom very quickly right after eating. DO NOT recommend this restaurant.

This restaurant is amazing! If you're looking for authentic Colombian food, this restaurant is the perfect spot. I will definitely be coming back! The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. Can't wait to enjoy more of their food!

Not sure what the trouble was - but here is a pic of the “burrito “ to go. Not sure they understand the concept of wrapped content? Flavors we’re fine - just not the food experience we were expecting. Ambiance looked fine; we may still come here for dinner one night.

Looked forward to lunch today after reading the reviews. Well the hostess and several servers were improperly wearing their masks. If it does not cover your nose...it is totally ineffective. A young and very clueless, snooty hostess told me they did not have to cover their nose with the mask. The parking lot and restaurant were very busy. We left... is this a new epic center due to lack of caring or knowledge?

Be careful expired products!!! I stopped by yesterday since I went to Costco and it was closed. I ordered the Bandeja Paisa which was good, good portions and well made. But I also got a bag of cookies I think they're called Polvorosas. Well, I didn't try them until this morning. After just one bite I noticed it was really hard. I then start looking for the expiration date and found it. They had an expiration date of February 25 and today is March first!! Even if that's not the expiration date and it's the date they were made it's still too old for cookies. Bakery items aren't supposed to be kept for that long! What a ripoff!! First and last time I'm there. Also, if you're ordering to go they have a weird system where you have to go all the way back to the bar to order. Mmm no thanks..
