I placed an order for pick up at this location at Pine Island, I have to say that I’m not coming back here ever again, the place is very dirty, the employees don’t know what they are doing, and they are not clean at all, playing with their phones with the same gloves they are preparing the food, on top of that, they forgot to give me half of my order.

Just don't!!! I typically love Pei Wei but this particular location is not good!Online order said 15 mins. Waited at least another 15 mins after that. When I walked in to pick up order, the lady looked right at me and didn't say anything and went back to what she was doing. Couple minutes later, she hollers across the restaurant asking if I was picking up or eating in. I said picking up and she hollers back "it's not ready". Didn't ask who I was or anything. There were 3 others sitting and waiting so I'm not alone apparently. Then let's talk about the food. Tried pumpkin spice donuts. They were over cooked and dry. The "sauce" that came with it tasted like spoiled milk. Tried it and had to spit it out it was so bad. Ordered 2 dishes both without peppers. Both made with peppers. There are peppers in pretty much everything! ?The interior is beat up, definitely no love in this location.I won't be back!

Pei Wei has always been a staple in the Plantation community. Their food is always on point and the service is superb! Def come check them out if you haven’t been or it’s been a while since you’ve come in.

Of the four dishes I ordered, three were fine. However, I couldn’t bring myself to even try the edamame, which included several spoiled pieces. It actually looked like it was scooped out of the garbage after sitting for a few days.

One of the employees told me that I was really confusing so I want to make sure this review is very clear. I went to this restaurant with my family because online there were multiple vegetarian options with tofu on the menu. However, when we arrived we saw that there was only one vegetarian option. I asked about some of the other items that I saw online and then I was told that they could make one of those. I ordered one of the items on the online menu and asked to substitute some vegetables I like for the onions and peppers listed on the menu.. Instead of making substitutions the cashier charged me extra for everything individually. However, when I got my food it was not what I ordered. I clearly ordered tofu with veggies minus onions and peppers. I got a bowl without tofu but that still had the onions and peppers. The employee who brought out my food asked me if everything was alright and I told her there was supposed to be tofu and I asked for no red peppers or onions. Then this employee tried to explain to me that I had actually ordered a veggie bowl with onions and red peppers and that they do not do vegetable substitutions. Then she had the audacity to tell us that we were just really confusing and no wonder there was a mistake because we are not making sense. I would not be writing this review if they had made a mistake or if they had said up front that they do not deviate from the listed menu. It was the lack of integrity and pathetic need to deflect responsibility and the petty behavior of the employee that makes this location an embarrassment for the company. I am a firm believer that your character is not revealed by your mistakes but rather by how you respond to them.

I went at 3:00 pm on a thursday with a friend after having a procedure at the Outpatient Surgical Center in Plantation. The place was empty, the area where they usually cook was taken apart. The food we ordered was nasty. The chicken looked and tasted like imitation meat. Will never return.

4 years ago this place was amazing. Now that it's being run by different people, it's horrible. Horrible customer service, nasty food, dirty areas. Stay away from here until they get rid of "those" people first and get people who have respect for work, food and service.

When this company first opened up it was all that and a bag of chips BUT NOW! Every time I visit a location the service is terrible or the store is dirty or napkin’s & lids are not stocked. It’s always something. This time at this location the restaurant was empty and I still waited 25 -30 min for 1 meal ?.This company is failing at the corporate level, I don’t expect them to be around for decades to come.

Man, what happened?! Always was pricey, but the food was good. The noodles were soggy, and my spring rolls were COLD on the inside. I knew something was up when I was the only one dining in on a Saturday evening.

I just dined at Pei Wei in Plantation and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. I ordered the sesame chicken with fried rice, hoping for a flavorful meal. However, the dish turned out to be excessively greasy and unappetizing. The chicken fried rice, which I had high hopes for, was a letdown as well. The chicken lacked any seasoning and seemed as if it had been boiled rather than properly cooked in a wok.To make matters worse, I also ordered the orange chicken with noodles. The noodles appeared undercooked and lacked any discernible seasoning or flavor. It felt as though they had simply been soaked in hot water before being sloppily plated.Overall, this visit to Pei Wei was incredibly disappointing, and I'm left feeling unsatisfied and frustrated with the quality of the food. The lack of proper seasoning, cooking techniques, and overall attention to detail made this dining experience one of the worst I've had in Plantation. I was so disappointed that I couldn't even finish my meal and ended up discarding it. I hope the restaurant can address these issues to provide a better dining experience for its customers in the future.

Sam is an awesome manager. She’s very special and she make sure she takes care of all her regular customers. I have to come all the way out here since now I live downtown Fort Lauderdale. Can’t wait to come back. Love your food. Thank you, Sam. Oh yeah Shanique, Eddie and Cori were awesome as well. Always saying hello with a great attitude. They all deserve to be recognized and get a raise. Tell your operations manager Carlos. I got it when I called corporate. Dre

I’m so disappointed this place is most likely going out of business soon, the portion was so small it looked like a kids meal. The food was bland and the noodles where nasty. The place looked depressing and employees demoralized. Not going back ever again.
