Tried the boba and it's delightful. Not sweet at all like other places. It's the perfect amount if sweetness. Gonna try the food next time we visit. The only downside is the loud music . We came around 8pm and we can barely hear one another talk.

I absolutely loved this place? It was so cool to look at. The staff was super friendly, helpful, and patient. They had vegan options and gluten-free options. They made food less spicey for my toddler and had great suggestions! The food was beautiful (red Bean buns were ADORABLE!!!), Boba tea was tasty. I don't live anywhere close to it, but I plan to go there as often as I can.Vegetarian options: Vegan and vegetarian options (tofu, and edemame)Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free, and low carb (switch rice for zucchini noodles or glass noodles)Kid-friendliness: Really helpful in suggestions for spiceyness and cute red bean buns

Sovereign knows how to make a nice drink and tasty food. At 2pm on a Saturday, they are busy with endless people coming in and buying drinks and food. Sign up for their newsletter as they often have holiday promotions. Their BOGO deals don't happen very often but it's worth the wait.

So, I grew up on the west coast in Los Angeles and know of amazing pokè places that fly in fresh daily from Hawaii.I lived in Miami for two years before moving elsewhere for work. I am currently in South Florida visiting family and made sure to stop at my favorite spot, Soveriegn, and it led me to admitting something to my wife, which wasn’t easy to do, that this is the best pokè I’ve had in the states.Seriously, what they do in these bowls is magic.

We’ve been eating here weekly since it opened. It’s almost a perfect score, which we don’t give lightly. The raw fish quality is 98%. Rarely it tastes “fishy”, although today it did slightly. Twice I’ve found hair in my food - today being the second time. But don’t let that prevent you from enjoying this place. It’s really nice, great service and great food at a fair price. Overall 4.5 ⭐️
