They say that this store's self-service opens at 5:30 and we arrive at 5:42 am and they tell us that they don't serve us until 6:00 am. They have the schedules posted in the window and on the page, we showed them that it said that it was open and in the same way the girl did not want to attend to us.

I ordered a Chai latte and this was so nastyyyyy. Wasted my money. I literally threw the entire drink in the garbage. I told the young lady that the drink looked weird after a couple sips my throat immediately began to itch. I’ve been going to Starbucks for years and I’ve never had a drink complaint. This was such a mood destroyer! Never again will I visit this Starbucks.

The gentleman that served us was wonderful. This is more of a critique of the corporation. Ordered a bagel and cream cheese for my son. They charged for the bagel and for the cream cheese. We get our food and we had to put the cream cheese on our selves. Petty, and typical of corporate America. It's the little things that count.

Friendly staff welcomed me as I came inside! Still consistently
On 2/14/24 i waited in line at the drive thru at the 120 S Pine Island Road, Plantation Fl 33324 location. I got a medium hot coffee. I was handed a hot coffee with 2 cups. Without being told so. Also there was a sleeve on the second cup.After driving for a bit I took a sip and the hot coffee spilled all over my shirt, pants and car. Luckily It didn’t go on my face of bare skin. I was extremely extremely upset. Why was I not told that they had double cupped it? The top doesn’t go on whatsoever. It was just sitting on top unsecured due to the second cup.I could of gotten seriously injured and burned. I missed work because of this and turned around to go in the store and speak with a manager.A male named Fernando showed absolutely no remorse, he actually took the cup and just began to make a new one. He came back and I told him “I don’t think you understand the seriousness and severity of this. I could of been extremely injured and burned if this went on my face or bare skin.” He said he was sorry but seemed so busy to understand how serious this is.I told him i would want a refund and he didn’t do so, instead he handed me a prepaid gift card with $4 which I didn’t want.
