The burger was soggy and chewy. I asked for no tomatoes, onions and pickles. Guess what I got on my burger? And there was no one in the restaurant for them to mess up my order. I took it back to get another burger. The girl took the burger like she had an attitude that SHE messed up my burger and had to fix it. They took the toppings off but left the tomato and bits of onions on the burger. They even used the same old wrapper. I could’ve taken the toppings off myself. It doesn’t cost much to give me an entirely new burger and buns. The buns was soggy and smelled of onions. What if I was allergic to those toppings? Taking it off the burger does absolutely nothing for the customer. A waste of money and time. My toddler didn’t even eat any of it. Terrible service and food. Never going back again.

I love coming to the Habit. I come here often with my family, and it's always great.The service is good, the place looks simple but clean and calming, and the food is fantastic! The burgers are some of the best I have ever tried, the onion rings are amazing, and the fries, while not my favorite, are enjoyable. The milkshakes are also pretty good too.If you want a great burger place, I highly recommend The Habit. You will love it, I guarantee it.

The Habit Burger Grill is located in Plantation Pointe where there's limited parked due to a lot of traffic coming in and out. I greeted a male employee and showed him the QR code on my phone for the offer. Within a few minutes, I was sinking my teeth in this juicy, well-prepared burger. All of the toppings (shredded lettuce, cooked onions, mayo, tomatoes, and pickles) complemented each other.Even though I don't frequent this business as much as I would like to, they still make good quality food that is favorable.

Placed an online order and received confirmation of my order. I arrive to the restaurant to pick up my food , no order exists. The manager was very condescending and rude did nothing to assist me. Kept replying that she couldn’t help just remake the order and insisted I would have to pay which I had no problem with that. The food was remade in a rush and still received my order incorrectly. I walked out frustrated and hungry !! Won’t return

Update 2024: We had a bad experience after multiple visits. The food was good but one of our orders wasn't right (a patty was literally missing) and instead of just handling it they gave us a hard time and then wanted to argue about it. It was crappy, and unnecessary, so we didn't go back for a while and then COVID hit. Fast forward to last week, we decided to give them another chance. Again, one of our orders wasn't right (this time they omitted the pineapple). Again they gave us a hard time and then they wanted to argue instead of just handling it. It was a different person, but the same crappy, unnecessary attitude. Not sure if it's management or ownership that is the problem but you know what? We won't be back to find out because there are better options both nearby and closer to home.The food on this visit wasn't that great either - the tempura green beans were basically scraps from the bottom of the bag, and my burger was tepid and unappetizing. To be fair, that last might be because of the attitude.Original Review: Fast casual burger chain with unique and fun menu options. We tried the Santa Barbara burger with Tempura green beans on the side. The burgers were great. The avocado added richness and flavor, & the green beans were just right.

It's kind of out of the way and there's a cool Banh Mi place and a cool taqueria that are both closer and also not jerks... and a Popeye's near the house didn't help the situation. Then COVID happened, so they never even got a second chance.Until last week. We were in the area and said, "Hey, what the heck". So we went. It was a re-run. This time, the teriyaki burger didn't have the pineapple. They were super crappy about it when we asked for a slice of pineapple. The dude took the burger from our hands, threw it in the trash and had the kitchen make a new one. Then when the new burger was ready they wanted to argue that they'd dug the burger from the trash and there was indeed pineapple on it. I don't even care. Just give us a slice of pineapple. No need to ostentatiously throw the burger in the trash only to (supposedly) dig it out to justify your bad behavior. We just wanted a slice of pineapple, instead we got a large order of attitude.Probably not going back to this location.
