I visited this Vicky bakery three times now, and each time has been disappointing to say the least. Even simple items like a Cuban tostada are cold and stale. The pastellitos stale. Save your money and drive over to the Davie location their food is always good fresh.

Well I’ve been coming to this Vicky since they opened doors. Always received great service until today. Came in right from airport to get a cafecito fix. Ordered my usual and told the cashier about the Broward County discount. She did not know about it and the so called owner said “ I’m the owner here and I don’t know anything about a County discount.” He was beyond rude and very dismissive. He could’ve handled it differently , but he chose not to. I hate giving negative reviews, but he deserved it. It’s sad to see that an owner treats his customers like this when WE the customer is what drives his business.Oh, and just cancelled my nieces birthday party order and will definitely tell my friends about it.So called owner, you MUST do better.Oh and had to give 1star in order to

This bakery is great. The food is good, service is quick and the atmosphere is just as it’s suppose to be. Ample seating available inside and outside at the plantation location.I’ve been to a few locations many times and it’s always a pleasant experience.

This is the sadest, super small location of Vicky Bakery in south florida. Obviously, they dont have enough foot traffic, hence barely any choices available at walk-in. The party special (1 cake, 25 pastelitos and 25 bocaditos) that available any time at any other location in Miami Dade, not available here unless you call to order 4 days in advance?. And they talk to you like you are crazy even to think it's possible the same day. Lol it is indeed possible everywhere else. Definitely advise you not waste your time to come here

I did go in person last week to order and I would recommend to put someone who speaks English at the register because the girl working had no idea what I was saying when I asked for tres leches…… I thought that was spanish but anyways yeah just at least have someone who speaks a little English to take orders. Other than that I really like this place.
