This ridiculous!!! I called for a small order 8pc at 3:02pm & I arrived at 3:30pm & food still wasn't ready they kept saying they putting the fries in the bag . So I asked it takes 7 people to put fries in the bag . Then another person stated that they were waiting on fries !!! Then when I asked for money back after waiting 30mins especially when I called in my order a head of time . They said they confused my order with door dash !!! The manager acted like he didn't wanna give me my money!!! To many people standing around !!! Just watching each other !!! It's so sad !!! That when you see a bunch of young people & black people in a restaurant it's like u know food is gonna be jacked up or the service is gonna be terrible smh !!! And this why I go to a white restaurant especially fast food!!! Because it's gonna get done ✔️ right so sad!!!!

I go to wingstop a lot. This is the 1st time i have encountered this situation. I'm not sure who hires this girl, Jasmely.. she has the worst attitude. Today, i experience the worst customer service ever. I placed an order at 8 15 when I went to pick it up at 8:45, they couldn't find my order . Finally found my order and told me 10 mins waited an additional 45 mns and food was still not ready when I asked her (jasmely) how much longer she told me to Back Up ( 3times) She doesn't deserve to work at any customer service places. She should be fired. The way she talks to the customers is unacceptable while I was waiting, she argued with, at least with 2 other customers.wingstop has to choose better to represent their brand.PS. I asked for a refund.

Missing a whole 10 piece wings from a delivery and couldn't give them to me if I were to go pick them up myself. Tod me I had to wait till next day, meaning they didn't even make them. I usually order from the one from Davie but they were closed, should've read the reviews on this place first warning me.

When you place an order save your time and leave an hour and a half after your order is placed. I just don’t understand how a regional manager hasn’t come by this store and bring this to their attention. Wingstop is decent wings for the price but it is not also cheap. Can’t wait till the open the PDQ on nob hill will never return here again because they are dedicated to quality !
