Great place to go and enjoy fresh brewed coffee… Eva is amazing. She will make sure you have everything the dunkin way. Without her dunkin would be a complete disaster. I come here often when I’m in a pinch for time. I live in the area. Their Donuts are always dry. They taste like Walmart bakery packaged. One time the Specials drink came out really good. It tasted like a Starbucks Frappuccino. I thought it was a win and came back the next morning. It was flavorless and watery. What the heck.I don’t expect good customer service here in Kissimmee. The employees are always nice and welcoming but the manager at this location is mean and rude them. I understand people learn differently but please advise or retrain mgr how to coach well.Or pull them aside or to the office.
