I ordered pizza and the delivery guy put a tip for himself. Charged my card and I didn’t authorize that tip. Luckily I remember the delivery guys face. Poinciana is very small.

I had pizza from different Hungry Howies locations in the past and usually found them to be a very good pizza. It might have been having it delivered. $6 delivery charge and about a 20 minute drive might have been the difference. I found the $12.95 for a large pizza a little on the high side as well. I will probably reconsider my choices next time.
This place has the most horrible customer service skills I have ever seen. My husband and I have been ordering pizza on Sundays to eat while we watch Game Of Thrones. Last Sunday I ordered online, and was given a wait time of 35-45 minutes. It took our pizza an hour and a half to get here. We called to ask what the issue was and were told they were busy. I purchased 2 large with x cheese and black olives and it had no x cheese on it and when I call to speak to the young lady she said well I can't do anything for you I weigh the cheese so I don't know what to tell you. So I asked to speak to the manager she goes I am the manager. I will buy from a different one
