This is a fast food restaurant..at night the fast goes at the window..they take theircsweet time to give you and order...and pleeeease put napkins on the window orders..not that difficult.P.S Today window got worse..Pay for long fries..of course I got the small ones..and again...no napkins..lol..they r special.Lower the rating to 1 ?

I had some issues with my mobile order as it was not delivered. I contacted DoorDash saying nothing could be done and recommending to call Taco Bell. I did and spoke to the manager unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name, she was really sweet and patient, took care of everything, re-did my order so I could receive it hot and freshly made and even sent me a little apology note. It’s probably the bare minimum but we all know some fast food places wouldn’t care to go that extra mile!

Tried to order online kept giving me error message can’t order!! Called ask of was problem with site someone answered could barely talk said no must be me!! Sounded high as a kite and she was laughing whole time this is why ya don’t order fast food!! Asked speak manager she hung up on me!!

Garbage quality food lately. Stop leaving a bunch of kids alone to work the night shift without appropriate supervision. Ordering and food takes forever even though there’s no line and 4-5 employees. There was only one other car in the drive thru with me. If its going to take so long, it should at least be better not coming out like this quesadilla smh. Quesadilla is hard, basically empty, and cut in one place

This is the second time I order something from here that I want vegetarian and they put meat in it. I made sure I went to the window to clarify I just wanted beans and no meat. The cashier reassured me that there would be none. I was eating the Crunchwrap when I felt ground beef in my mouth. This is ridiculous.

I have been coming to this Taco Bell for awhile now. I usually go in the late night/afternoon. I got up early and grabbed breakfast, the cashier at the window was incredibly rude, her name is Betsy. I will not be going back to this Taco Bell over the interaction I had with her alone.I came at 9am, I’m not exactly sure what time Taco Bell opens for breakfast.I order my items and paid with a $50 bill, she looked at the $50 and throws her hands up saying they just opened why would they have money for change for that bill? I honestly did not know they had just opened, like McDonald’s I thought maybe they had been opened. I also pay with $50 at other fast foods for breakfast I really didn’t even think. I would have been fine with just using my card but it’s the way she went about it and asking why I would think they would have change. I told her she didn’t have to be so rude in which she starts going back and forth with me.I have the video of the interaction if someone in management would contact me that would be great!

They never open on time I placed my order through the app at 8 am I got to the restaurant at 8:15 I got to the drive thru and they told me they weren’t open until 8:30. The cashiers are always treating you bad or with an attitude. And every time I order there’s always something missing.

A crew with no work ethic. The person running the drive thru wouldn’t even give me time to look at the menu… in other words, no customer service and good luck to you if they get your order right.

The worst experience I have ever had. The customer service was terrible, the girl who started serving did not finish her job and had a terrible attitude, the girl sent another boy to deliver the order and the boy gave me an incomplete delivery, they had a bad face and attitude. It wasn't a rush hour, the place was empty, it was just me and my family, they didn't need absolutely any of this, I really won't return to this place.
