15 minutes in the drive through for 2 cars to get through and a huge line.Clearly they need to figure out their staffing, we just left since we didn't want to wait an hour for food.

I’ve been coming here 4 to 5 days per week for the last five years and 9 times out of 10 they get my coffee wrong. This is the only McDonald’s between my house and where I work. I have spoken with Colleen the (manager) on multiple occasions about this and tried to explain how if it happens to me this often then how many other customers are driving down the interstate just to get pissed off when they take a sip of their coffee and realize that there’s no sugar in it. she has given me the excuse that the machine was clogged or that third shift didn’t fill it, but if it is a continuous problem then why would she not make it a priority to verify first thing when she gets there that it’s working properly and has sugar in it? It has gotten to the point where (starting now) I will take a sip of my coffee before pulling to the next window or doing anything and if it’s wrong, I will simply ask for the sugar and make it myself sitting in the drive while everyone waits for me to make it right. I have tried being polite and professional and this morning I was already late for work but waited for Colleen to give her the professional courtesy of letting her know something was wrong. She could not make time for me so now I am letting her and everyone else know just how dissatisfied I am with her incompetence.

On several occasions this location has given us the wrong order. usually they just give me a single quarter pounder instead of the double that i ordered, but today my boyfriend got a 2 cheeseburger meal yet we only received one pathetic looking burger and the bread tasted a bit stale even. Is it in the new business model to intentionally jip customers out of their money? because it has happened way too many times to be an accident at this point. I believe this location could benefit greatly from hiring real human adults and not AI generated high schoolers. super annoying especially since i have to make 3 u turns to get back to the location to fix my order, not even worth it

Literally sitting in reserved drive thru for 15 minutes for a quarter pounder and fries. With an extremely rude employee at the window. Brought wrong order three times. Does McDonald’s even hand out food out the window anymore. Burger King doesn’t ever park me and forget about me.

Well it starts out order a double quarter pounder meal I get my drink in the drive-thru then I'm told to go park in a parking spot every time I go to McDonald's I got to go sit for 10 minutes and wait to begin with then I get the food the fries were cold the double quarter pounder had almost a whole onion on it it seems like just pathetic I'm done with McDonald's I'll never see that place again charge more money and the worst service

Went through the drive thru. Was told to park, waited 15 minutes, I went inside to retrieve food. When I did get it the bag only had half the food i ordered. I went back inside and calmly told the girl behind the counter, A fat short guy behind her mouthed off to me and retrieved my missing food. It shouldn't be that difficult.

2 managers were very nasty and ruined my food. They were saying mean things and had a horrible attitude because I asked for my food to be a specific way. I would like to have the district manager's number but they refuse to give it to me. They are doing this infront of other people and employees. Basically teaching new employees to treat people poorly. They did the same thing last year. I come to visit family in Florida and this is the only place that is very disrespectful about MY FOOD.Dietary restrictions: I have food allergies and eating issues and have to have food a specific way and was treated poorly because of it at this location only...Kid-friendliness: The way they were yelling out about MY FOOD ORDER was unacceptable infront of kids.

Horrible service. Always have issues when I come here. About to avoid going to this location altogether. Socks uts the closest one near me, but it'll be worth the drive to go somewhere else.No respect and ran by kids which seems to have no supervision. I know it's McDonald's but come on.

In the morning it is an odyssey to stop and try to order something in this place. Bad service and then they get angry if you tell them something. We ordered pancakes and the sauces were open, my clothes and my car were damaged, it's incredible. ????
