Terrible service!!!! Slow and rude customer service. Food is not hot for such a loooonnnggg wait. This location does not honor deals or coupons!!! Surprised still open, not many choices, food isn't great and prices are still not competitive. Will NOT return!!!!

the portions have already been getting smaller and more stingy for the price, coupled with the sub par packaging they have now but the last straw for me is them changing their mac and cheese (the cheese and noodles are different). I don't know if this is a recent change or just in this franchise but it's half the reason I would go to Boston market in the first place. Now I have no reason to go to this location. Get your stuff together and bring back the original mac n cheese, because this location will not last on this tactic.

Seems like this restaurant never has food looking at other reviews. I went there during dinner time, 6:30. The inside was closed and had to use the drive thru which is already weird. I went to the drive thru and the lady said there's no chicken. What are they doing that at 6:30 on a Saturday they don't have chicken. I tried to call first and no one picks up. This restaurant is not near where I live so I drove all the way there to find out they're out of chicken. Definitely won't be going back to this location.

Here is my review of a recent drive-thru experience. In car at drive-thru at dinnertime I asked to Order 1/4 dark meat chicken meals but I was told there were none. Then I asked about 1/2 chicken meals and asked whether those came with any dark meat to them. She said she had 1/2s with dark meat. I ordered the 1/2 with mashed potatoes and corn. The mashed potatoes are my favorite from here. The corn is sweet and tastes very good, too. The chicken was beautifully Seasoned for a nice flavor on the skin. Both white and dark meats were tender. A bit later (after eating), I started remembering these meals typically come with a piece of Cornbread but none was given (or offered) this particular visit. Look forward to next visit. This is the Tamarac, Fla. location. Yum!

Went on sunday. This place is awful. The absolute worst restaurant i have been in for YEARS. They Had very few products at 12 noon. ( No meatloaf, no creamed spinach) the dressing was very dried out. What was there was lukewarm/cold. The cornbread had to be from days earlier. The manager was rude and the guy serving could have cared a less. Never said a word. 2 meals and 6 cornbread cost 43$. Whatever they had mopped with ( had wet floor signs)smelled rancid. Soda machine was out of order and no sweet tea. The bathroom was very dirty. So bad in fact that i walked out and didnt use. Ohhh take my advice. Go somewhere else!!!

I placed an online order ..Needless to say I was disgusted and it ended up in the trash without one bite.The chicken was so burnt dryed out and shriveled it didn't even look like a half a chicken..The cornbread was a solid brick.And I ordered a brownie but got 6 out of date pieces of coal..Does anyone there take pride in Thier work would you like to have ordered this and paid for this??Don't like your job change it don't take it out on others...
