This was the shittiest most horrendous food I've digested in the core of my stomach. The butter chicken tasted like ketchup water. It's a bad place. I think the meat was a mouse not a chicken for butter chicken.

The food was good, but employees at the restaurant did not wear masks around customers. You are also required to enter the restaurant through the budgetel hotel next door, employee at the hotel lobby was not wearing a mark around guests checking in. I restaurant appears to be open for dine-in, but can't confirm as there was nobody eating in, only for pickups. We did like the food, but we are not comfortable with the no-mask thing, if we go back, it would be after the pandemic is over.

Smells and won't accept the Yelp voucher I paid for for their business. Talked to the manager, he knows it is good, but chooses not to work with people. Sad

Not the greatest expert on Indian cuisine but I ordered the Chicken Mango Curry and it was really, really good. This place is located in the lobby of the budgetel motel. The hotel looks a little suspect, but once you are inside of the restaurant it is like stepping into a modern Indian spot. Its actually pretty impressive versus what you walked into in the hotel. The chef cooking was super friendly and I have a feeling that this place will not be a secret for very long. Portion size was fine for lunch, spice was about a medium-low, which is fine for me. The curry was very flavorful and on the thick side, which I prefer. Don't let the appearance of the hotel fool you, there is a little pearl of a restaurant located inside. I'll definitely be back.

We came here for the first time it's unexpectedly delicious indian cousin and very friendly server unfortunately i didn't catch her name . highly recommended if you have a test buds for indian food.

Found this place as we were passing through town. They only use halal meats plus the food is finger licking good. I eat mostly vegetarian and my husband loves tandoor. They had excellent choices for both us. The naans and roti were perfect pairing to our food. We appreciated the chef and the owner checking on us. I would certainly recommend this place and will be back next time I'm in the area.

Came here for the first time and everything was so great!! Ordered the goat karhai, mixed tandoori platter, naan and mango lassi. Everything was really delicious and had the authentic Pakistani flavors. Very clean and sleek looking on the inside, has a modern feel to it. The owner and his wife are such lovely, pleasant, hardworking people and it really shows in everything they have done. They have a lot of non Desi options too so there’s something for everyone. Definitely come here, you won’t be disappointed at all!

Great overall experience. Service and food was amazing. Afghani boti and pasta was great. Probably the Only restaurant to serve halal Italian food as well. Their Alfredo pasta is a must try!

Hi I'm CHRISTOPHER from Huntsville ALABAMA and I've been coming to the roast restaurant for the past 7days and the food is the most favorable aromatic amazing tastefully well prepared dish I've ever experienced. I will say to anyone who is in the area to stop in give roast a try.i discovered it because my truck broke and I'm happy to say it broke because now I'm a believer. Thanks guy's for the experience.

Ended up at the budgetell hotel because everything was sold out. Stayed over with my family. The hotel was sketchy but was only staying one night. The Roast was awesome, kids enjoyed the spaghetti, wife like the chicken strips and the chicken marsala was awesome. I was pleasantly surprised. Nice work chef .
