So this Chili's was in Pompano buy I am gonna tell you their service is ? awesome. I was hesitant at first because my spouse and I went to the dmv next door and we were really hungry. Saw it on the way and decided why not. We were met by a very kind smiling server. Who ensured that she gave us recommendations and was very polite and attentive. We placed our order and I swear the food was ready in no time. I don't know if you watch Adam Sandler's movie, Mr. Deeds, you see how his butler was attentive and was there when he needed him. This was her. ?The food was also well prepared, hot and nice. We had a great experience.

Stopped in for a quick lunch before an activity. Food was precisely as expected from a chain. Hot and great and served quickly. They were one of the few restaurants open on Easter Sunday so that was nice. Service was mediocre but we are grateful folks were working on a holiday.

We were there Saturday March 23rd 2024, our Waiter Michael was fantastic ,spot on !! such a wonderful personality .Our food was fresh and delicious everything came out at the same time.This by far has been the best Chilli's I've been to. The staff was great ,and very clean ..
Me and my family went to this establishment for a quick bite to eat and some drinks. After getting our drinks we waited so long for the waitress to come and get our orders. That already got me upset because she was taking her time with serving our table. She finally came back around and got our orders. Food comes out and we order another round of drinks. Now everything was fine up until we paid for our food and was waiting for a to go order. The waitress then comes back and ask us was there something wrong with her service we replied NO in which she then replies “oh because none of you tipped me”…Now why would you come back and ask not knowing if we would probably leave a cash tip or anything at that. It really rubbed me the wrong way to demand such and then have an attitude about it. My experience with this woman was horrible and I am eating at this establishment again, just based on customer service from this particular person.

I got the Old timer hamburger as part of the meal deal. It was the best burger I've had in a long time. Now, I'm sure part of that was due to the quantity of fat, but it still had to be good beef. My husband got the New Orleans Pasta with shrimp and he said it was good. Our waitress was attentive, kept our drinks fillled, even gave us one to go. She was also very willing to work with us in paying cash instead of using a card with the tablet on the table. She remained positive and upbeat even though she had to do more work. It's a good place for good food with good meal deals.

Cassandra was my server I came in with my red purse and she complemented me! We shared our stories of our likes of our dogs and butterflies. She gave me the strawberry frozen margarita which is obviously my favorite the host with long pretty hair veryyyyyyyyyyyy nice as well sorry I didn’t catch your name but all the staff WAS VERY RESPECTFUL TO ME! I’m so happy I came in and left full also it was the best guac and portion I’ve ever ever had they didn’t know I was going to write this amazing review I hope you all get PHAT TIPS also everyone was very presentable and I love how the bartender was quick and charming! Thank you all much love
