I’ve consistently been satisfied with my entire experience at specifically this location. The customer service, cleanliness, food quality, portion sizes, etc. This is the only chipotle location that I can rely on.

My recent visit to this location left much to be desired. Despite the hefty price tag attached to their dishes, the portion sizes were underwhelming, particularly when it came to protein. It seemed as though they were stretching the meat thin to cut costs while charging a premium.The service was lacking. Some of the employees displayed a noticeable disinterest in assisting customers, which made the overall experience even more disappointing. It felt as though they were bothered by our presence rather than eager to provide a positive dining experience.While the ambiance of the restaurant was pleasant enough, the lack of protein in their dishes combined with indifferent service left a sour taste in my mouth. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone looking for a satisfying meal and attentive service.The food taste is good but not worth it of the price.

This place is filthy, the employees are rude, and the food looks gross. We stopped in last night at 7pm. It looked like the food had not been refreshed for hours. An employee was cleaning the grill, which also looked disgusting. We left and went to Zona Fresca. Never again.

Disrespectful employees work here with very bad attitudes. The employee who looks like a Hispanic female, who's short, threw my food with an attitude. Then you have other employees engaging in the foolishness as if what their co-worker is doing is funny. It is not funny when your staff are disrespecting customers. Very poor customer service. Then you have other employees engaging in the foolishness as if what their co-worker is doing is funny. It is not funny when your staff are disrespecting customers. Very poor customer service. The cashier Damaris was rude. I simply pointed out that there was a pay discrepancy between my previous visit and the one today. $19 vs $24 to be exact (we got 1 bowl). She condescendingly told me “this is what you ordered, I’m telling you this is the price” I told her that’s fine, I was simply pointing it out (since there’s supposed to be no harm in asking) and that she didn’t have to be rude about it. She then proceeded to throw my receipt at me and my boyfriend. Pretty ridiculous and unprofessional. Hope she has a better day.

This location has *really* gone downhill lately . My last three orders have been incomplete and they didn’t even say anything when I picked up.I’m not sure what happened because this location used to be rock solid but something is different
