I am a frequent Chuck E Cheese customer. We live so close to the Pompano location and typically visit once a week. I love the app and receiving rewards for all the money we spend there. But lately, this location has had terrible staff! It has been one incident after another and we are finding ourselves visiting less frequently then before. I understand it's mostly minors and young kids that work here. But even when I asked to speak with a manager, who was clearly not a minor, she presented herself with so much attitude and rolled her eyes as I explained the situation. She never introduced herself or stated her name. Absolutely no customer service or people skills. She approached me by saying I'm the manager and then never handled my situation. I had my daughter's birthday party here last year, and it was great that I was considering having her party here again this year. But with the current staff, I am seeking other options and will not being having my party here this year.

The staff at the front were super nice and helpful. 2 of the women at the front were not so friendly. Please, pay these ppl more and give them more benefits. Some of them look stressed tired and overworked not doubt underpaid. New games were nice and the trampoline is a hit with the little kids .

She made sure we were happy , the fact that she kept checking to make sure we were good and enjoy ourselves was awesome. This past week was my daughter’s 14th birthday and she wanted to celebrate like she did as a little girl at Chuckecheese. She was a little hesitant and unsure but from the moment we walked in the manager Tammy greeted us with a warm and welcoming smile and really put her at ease and had her smiling! Tammy went out of her way to ensure our daughter had a wonderful and memorable birthday and we are so grateful to her! We all had so much fun and it was the perfect day. Thank you Tammy for your kindness and going above and beyond. It’s a birthday we won’t forget and look forward to coming back.
