I had a BOGO offer from Cold Stone Creamery that was going to expire in a few days. After searching on Yelp for the nearest location, I chose the location at Pompano Citi Centre. The store had a variety of soft serve ice cream flavors, toppings, milkshake, smoothie, ice cream cakes, and prepackaged ice cream neatly displayed in cases. There are a few table seating if you want to chill and enjoy your sweet treat. A nice female employee greeted me and applied the BOGO offer to my order of a Like It banana caramel crunch and oreo overload. She mixed both creations exactly how I wanted it. I immediately ate the banana caramel crunch which was creamy and tasty with banana slices, chopped almonds, and a bit of caramel drizzle. I'm going to save the oreo overload for tomorrow. Not sure when I will return to Cold Stone Creamery, but whenever I receive a good offer from them, best believe I will be back.

Loved going here, but on the 12/26/23 I got food poisoning from here ??. 3/5 people in the party suffered all night. Why ColdStone. Why?!

This Cold Stone location is the best I’ve been to! Staff were so friendly, service was quick, ice cream was delicious, and all around had a great experience! I highly recommend the Chocolate Devotion and Oreo Overload if your looking for a signature creation to try!

Their ice cream are super delicious and they have so many different ice cream to choose from and they sell cakes and smoothies and many more!Their prices are not that high and the ice cream taste amazing I 100% recommend this place to anyone who is a ice cream lover.

DO NOT GO to the Cold Stone on Federal Hwy in Pompano Beach!!! Called them Tuesday to have a cake by Friday. A 18th birthday at that. They called me an hour before I was to pick it up and told me they had no one to write on cake and no manager could be contacted. Absolute worst customer experience especially for a special day! They also stated my refund would take days to get reimbursed. Stay away from this place.

Got here at 9 pm, one whole hour before they close. We were the only customers yet the service was rushed and made us feel that we were an inconvenience. We ordered one "somewhere over the rain-dough" and the girl totally forgot the dough. She barely mixed both of them, we were out the door in seconds with our melted half made creations for $18 for 1 kids and one small.

Came here the night of my birthday 10/19 looking for something sweet to eat my cousin recommended here because for her birthday in August her boyfriend got her a red velvet cake from cold stone . Anybody that knows me knows that I like red velvet cake or trying anything red velvet . So I came in here looking for the cake and it so happened to be an ice cream cake even better at two for one deal cake with ice lol , anyWho I picked up the cake and went to the register I picked up the smallest cake and was like this should do for me and the three kids A small round cake, almost like a personal if you asked me. Here's how it went when the guy ringed it up he said $30 i said no way for such a small cake he said yes so i told him don't worry about it I'm not paying so much for that small cake and he ended up telling me he can make it a ice cream for me and add red velvet to it , I was like ok cool even better so I ordered a pint of red velvet ice cream that i watched him made i paid $16 for it ok that was cool. Now Here is why i give it a 2 start No this was not my first time at a cold stone but this night it was my first time in a long time and i ended up sick on my birthday night the ice cream tore up my stomach i couldn't stop going to the bathroom an throwing up idk what was wrong because it actually tasted good but made me sick thank god i had no plans that night .

The Pompano Cold Stone Creamery has the most disengaged workers. The store is consistently grimy and unclean. There is not a single clean surface every single visit. The server had very long nails that tore through her gloves where you can see a film if wetness inside the gloves. I lost my appetite. God only knows if she cleaned beneath her nails. I about gagged when I walked out. Who manages the store? I understand that there is a worker shortage. But dang! At least try to look cleanly. I'll be going to a better location from now on.
