The young African American girl that was making my drink at 7:30am. Had nothing but attitude. She got upset because I asked her. What was the sense of placing an order online? If I still have to wait for it. She then shouted " it's busy and I'm ignoring you". Her response is completely unprofessional. You can't work in a busy place with a disgusting attitude. There was no need to shout in front of the customers. I was simply asking a question. Since the order was placed at 7:20am.My drink was made incorrectly. This location needs organization and proper training for their staffs.Not recommended

I will be contacting the owner. I order every single morning for over 6 months from this location on DoorDash paying extra so I get my iced coffee. I’ve received coffee with no cream, bitter, missing ingredients I selected. I’ve called and spoken to the manager with promises this would be resolved. How does one in good conscience pack an order that should have creamer when it clearly doesn’t have creamer? IT CHANGES COLOR You should be able to see the color and think hmm this isn’t right. We use our good money to buy things we expect would be made with care. DO BETTER.

I really don't know what happened at this location. They used to be on the ball, very helpful and friendly. The last month or so it has gone downhill, I don't know if it's the new staff or what. I just waited 10 minutes for a toasted bagel with cream cheese. I was the only person there. The two kids behind the counter were too busy flirting and the manager was in La La land. Last week in the drive-through I asked for an untoasted sesame bagel with cream cheese on the side. They gave me a toasted sesame bagel with cream cheese on it. I went back inside and repeated the same order, this time they gave me a plain, untoasted bagel with cream cheese on it. Find a different location.

It's housed inside a gas station. As I went in to pick up my mobile order, some other guest in the store smashes a huge roach ("Palmetto bug" ?) going across the floor. Not real appetizing at 6am when you're picking up breakfast.

This location has the worst customer service. Rude and off-putting people at the window. Avoid ordering their bagels, muffins, and munchkins. They are NOT fresh. Better off using it as a frisbee.

Very nice management and staff. Was waiting for my ride after dropping off rental at enterprise. Wife was picking up the kids, so i walked over to Dunkin for refreshments. Without any pleading they opted to go above and beyond after they were already closed, and gave me 3 free donuts and coffee. Both Juan and Tony showed me an unsolicited act of kindness, and I made sure to get their names for this review.
