They do not pick up the phone. The line is always busy and I spent almost $20 on a bacon cheeseburger and fries, ended up with no bacon and fries were to salty to eat.

Really weird experience here. My husband likes five guys and has me go pick him up a burger once in a while from five guys locations all over the East Coast, US. It's never a problem. This location was still locked up at 11am. I waited outside until 11:03 when they opened the door. I ordered him a bacon cheeseburger. The man making the food went in the back to get ingredients (which is weird because usually all the other five guys already have burgers on the grill) and when he came back out Shakerra W said "no tip" and he nodded. I assumed that meant he was going to do something to the burger so I left. Called corporate for a refund and they are handling it now after requesting no call backs from the pompano location. There's a lot of places to eat in this strip mall, so it's best to avoid this five guys location.

This is the cleanest most professional five guys in the entire area I refuse to go to any other location now and pretty much come here everyday for my little cheeseburger. The staff here is the best!

Last night I ordered a little cheeseburger. When I picked it up a few minutes later, the bottom bun was rock hard, like a cracker, and the burger was lukewarm. This was extremely disappointing as these sandwich’s are not cheap. I will not return or rescind the review until I can get an eatable burger.

Food is always good. 4 stars on the atmosphere because music was so loud I couldn't even listen to my partner. 1 star service because I ordered online and when I arrived they didn't even start my order yet and it was a slow night. I went shopping for drinks at another location, came back and the burgers were ready but not the fries. They dropped the fries in the fryer after the burgers were done so the burgers sat getting cold. Other employees just playing around and playing chase.

Came to get burger and fries. The kid at the register, while smirking said they are out of fries, meanwhile a basket full of cooked fries were sitting in the fryer. I also had to almost yell at the kid to get his attention because he missed items I was ordering because he was joking with co-workers and dancing around. Usually I have a great experience coming here. But tonight was a joke. The employees cared more about laughing then doing their jobs. While I sat and ate, there was about 4 different customers that left without buying because of service. If I was management I'd be upset losing money.

Because the staff wants to leave work early and not be attentive till the end of their shift, they decided to lie and say the don't have French fries. So due to their laziness and lack of judgement they put a negative mark on the company. If the store is open till 10 all food should be available till then.
