I eat here weekly multiple times a week food is always fresh and hot! The staff is so kind they even remember me when I come in ❤️ Restaurant is clean and the food is excellent definitely recommend!! Thank you all who work here !!

If I could give zero stars, I would. First off the customer service is awful. No one greet you. Secondly the young lady was so much into her phone & communicated poorly to us & her coworkers. I asked for light seasoning on my food & she never once said anything to her coworker that was going to be preparing & packing the bag. Once I received my food, it was DISGUSTING! The gizzards, chicken & shrimp was uncooked (like doughy flour). The fries look & tasted like the were re-dipped or not stored in the correct temperature. Spit up the chicken so I just throw all of our food away. A WASTE OF TIME & MONEY! I will never return to this location.

Came in tonight with my friend and the young lady who took our order had the worst attitude I ever experienced. I know she probably don’t want to be there. It’s really simple to look for another job that can find your happiness because she had a very dark sprit over her. I wish her well but that attitude needs to go.

I asked about the price change, and I was told that's the tax.”What the heck is this about !! The menu says one thing and when you pay the charge you an extra $2 . No matter what fish you get . It says $2 for select fish but I am not getting these fish!! So tired of getting ripped off by this place!!

I love this place for seafood and chicken on the go! I first found this place while at the mall looking for something for me and my son to eat. I ordered the fish platter and it was good, my son on the other hand had the conch fritter bites platter. I tried some of his and was trying to steal his plate. I recently tried their wings, omg, especially with their Hook's seasoning, perfection. They are super friendly and helpful on food suggestion. The food is always fresh and hot, but the wait time is not very long.
