This IHOP is poorly managed I don’t even want to blame the staff but they also don’t have good customer service. They won’t answer the phone even if they are full staff i I called 3 times no answer I walk in and there are to 2 cooks 3 servers and maybe a manager nobody even greeted me and there were people in fron of me saying they been there 10 mins and no acknowledgement. And the food ain’t good eitherJust go to the one in Federal way better service they even answer the phone trust me STAY AWAY!!!!

My wife enjoyed her food and my son. I on the other hand had coffee it was okay my avocado should have been sliced not cut in chucks the tomato the where cut in half the inside was getting old, hash brown was hard I guess it was getting old too. Now the pancakes which is my favorites at Ihop had a different taste not the same as the Ihop i go to at home. Had only one server on the floor took forever to take are order they were out of so many things on their menu that we had to rethink our order even out of sides an fixing that go with your food an then it took awhile after that. I was not happy but was hungry still ate my food.you can't mess up a omelet lol.

This is the worst restaurant, everyone was complaining about different things with the food today, I'm not one to give reviews but my glass of soda was full of hair, I took it out with the straw, when I told the waitress she didn't even care and it took like 20 Min on changing it, the waitress is a blonde lady so I don't say her name here, maybe she can improve with time. My daughter's plate of pancakes had some pieces of plastic inside that when she started eating she had to spit them out. I don't understand how they got there, I tried to explain to the waitress to which she told me that it wasn't her problem, that it was the kitchen's fault. It was disgusting, the food was cold.

I stopped in after a long night and was given the late night menu. After looking it over I walked up and began to order. I was trying to order the classic breakfast burrito or bowl. I chose the burrito. The description of what was coming with this order was a little confusing so I asked a couple of questions. My very first response was LI don’t know”.

One of the worst in service I try to place an order to go and they kept me for 35 minutes till I get to the restaurant and show the guy at front he ignored me and act stupid there were 5 people doing nothing , then one of the girl confirmed that it was me on the phone waiting then all of them disappeared on me
We went for pancakes. As we walked towards the front door, there was a man with no shirt lying down asleep on the bench where you enter. We immediately turned around and left. This bench is for customers to sit while waiting to be seated. Someone should address that. We'll never know how the food or service was.

IHOP got me waiting for 45 minutes they just give me coffee every 15 min I walk to the concierge to ask if my food was going to be ready anytime soon…If people find this job to hard they should open their doors to people that really need the opportunity because ath this location workers really don’t care about your or the job really sad….
