The waitress was exceptionally kind! Had a very pleasant experience. My daughter ordered the cheesecake waffle while my son ordered pancakes. The only thing I wish is that they would bring back the different flavor syrups they used to have. I notice they have a few new things to the menu, and it looks great, so I may be trying them out again sometime soon. I was really impressed with our waitress. She was very kind and reasonably attentive.
We were served by someone new, her first day, actually. She messed up on a few things, but it was what it was. The food was fantastic, and the vibes were there.
We always seem to get the best waitress who never writes down the order and get it ? correct. Every thing is good there.

Food was poorly presented and lacked any attempt to look appetizing. After tasting the food, it lived up to the presentation, bland and inspired. iHOP used to be pretty good, years ago. No more. I had French toast. A soggy bland sponge. The syrup the server confirmed was "real maple syrup" was not. The eggs were kind of over easy but overly easy. It was so loud in the restaurant that we could not hold a conversation. I will not be back.
