It's a waste of time if you come here, I ordered a pizza at 7 pm and when I went to pick it up they told me it wasn't ready, I had to wait until 8 pm for them to give me the 3 pizzas, plus there are a lot of people inside with the same problem that they haven't given them the order yet

The food and service here is hit or mix. I normally order on the mobile app so I can bypass the line and grab it out of their Pizza Portal. Lately they have not been placing the food in the Portal so you have to wait. Tonight they gave my food away to someone else so I had to wait for them to remake it. This wouldn’t have happened if they had placed my order in the Portal instead. I asked if they were able to give me something or do something since I ended up waiting 30 mins. He said “No. You got your pizza.” They didn’t even say they were sorry they messed up.

Terrible service when you order locally. They have a lot of demand and few staff, they should hire more people in the kitchen because there are many takeout orders and people who order at the candle and wait, it takes too long to wait.

Absolutely terrible I told the woman what my order was and instead of looking properly she made me wait for 25 minutes when the food was there the entire time and I went up to the counter three times to ask her, but she was helping everybody else absolutely terrible. She deserves to get fired.

Quality at this location has gone waaaaayy down hill. I ordered a deep dish pizza and it was so small wimpy and flat it’s like shrinkflation happened. It was more like a flat bread pizza. even the container of dipping sauce is filled half way and the crazy bread didn’t even seem fully cooked.
I have been a customer of this store for over 6 years. I am beyond upset! I placed an order online at 6:13. My order was supposed to be ready by 6:51. Perfect, because I was have a sleepo er my my niece and sister. I go to pick up my order at first it was ready. That's fine, then we go back in only to find out that someone else was able to pick up my order. So the manager on duty speaking with their cashier in Spanish and he is explaining to her in English that it was showing delivered. So I ask him delivered where when the order clearly states pick up. So she calls I guess another manager and they are all speaking Spanish but might I remind you the cashier is responding in English. So finally I here him tell her that Door Dash picked up the order. How were they allowed to pick up my order with a different code??? That was a staffing error. So I then respond listen it really makes no difference to me just remake my order and I'll be on my way. One of the cookers from the back said "no" and shook her head. I laughed and said "oh yes ma'am I didn't make the mistake you all did!" The manager again said something in Spanish and walked out the door. I asked the young man where is the manager and he said that is her walking out. I went out behind her and said " you gone leave and not correct the situation? All I know your either going to refund me my money or remake my order!" She then walked back in and went to the register and voided my order and walked out. Smh, The fact that Roseann or Rosie whatever her name is was more concerned with leaving then correcting the situation was unacceptable and is not how a manager should handle the problem. The young man was basically left to tell me "no it's nothing they could do!" The manager doesn't deserve the title and the old crew they use to have there need to come back, because I have never had a bad experience. I have always ordered online and picked up my own order. I live in Dania Beach and when I am in Pompano I return to what is comfortable to me. The way she handled this situation I will not be returning!

I bought a pizza here for my daughter to eat. I had a slice around 9pm and upon biting into pizza there were bone fragments in it. I went in next day because it was too late to drive back over there. I explained to the same person who sold me pizza what i discovered nd ask for a refund. He spoke to a spanish lady and she said i was suppose to bring it back day. I explained to here the time frame was not possible. They adked me to bring pizza. She look at it and said there is no bone. I told her i threw trash away. The short spanish there was a bit rude when speaking in spanish to colleagues ans when I tried speaking to her, she walked away. Its a freaking $6 pizza. I buy pizza wirth $30 sometime else. I typically go to Jets pizza and if their products have issues, they never have an issue replacing. Thats ridiculous. I bought other items and was not requesting a refund for those item. She called the general manger for store and it wasnt until i threaten to sue fir feeding me inknown item that when a refund was offered. I dint recommend this location at all.
