To avoid, unpleasant staff, no table service you have to come and get your tray with a lot of missing items (sauce, drink). I think when you do a few more minutes you can find much better things. Too bad for the reputation of McDonald’s.

The lady in the blue jacket yelled at me when I asked her to please open the restroom two times. And said don’t say it loud and I wasn’t even loud so now I need corporate involved that was very bad service and I’m requesting my money back now

Me and my boyfriend went to McDonald’s tonight and we ended up ordering on the kiosk because there was a line at the register. After our order we tried to add two sides of Big Mac sauce to our order but could not because the kiosk did not have the option to add Mac sauce. When I was at the register the Employee Rose was constantly criticizing the way the order was placed. She stated that the kiosk did have the option to add Mac sauce even after we continuously informed her that it did not and we would not mind paying for two sides of Mac sauce. But she continued to criticize the way the order was placed. Employee rose started to get upset and say slick remarks because I said her name aloud from the reading the receipt which was very poor customer service and makes me never want to order from McDonald’s ever again. Because as long as I’ve been going to McDonald’s I’ve never had and encounter like this and I highly doubt McDonald’s should or would want to have people like rose representing them. Thank you to the manager who actually processed our refund.

terrible experience. i went to the drive through while they were open & no one responded. i sat there for at least 5 minutes thinking someone was on a bathroom break. so i drive up & go to the first window & no ones there, weird. then once the car in front of me left i drove up to the window & the MANAGER closed the window and ran. would not suggest this mcdonald's. they suck!

Nice McD's in a not so great area. The restaurant was rebuilt around the corner from it's original location. The new design is in my opinion bad security wise. You can't see the kitchen the employees can't see the dining room. There's usually no one stationed at the ordering counter. Even if someone was they don't have a clear view of the whole room.Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible
