Food took over 20min. At the drive thru to get the food. We were the only car in line. The key lime pie...stay away from...you can taste and feel the individual sugar grain like it wasn't mixed it.

I ordered the hamburger meal today because I believe they have one of the best hamburgers around. They forgot to give me my drink I kind of didn't realize it till I got home I ordered the meal. It must have changed the bun because it's not a good bun and it fell apart which means it was old. Also you don't put iceberg lettuce on a hamburger. They had salad lettuce on a hamburger iceberg lettuce. I would post a picture if I don't see here where to do it. The sandwich completely fell apart and the bun broke in 5 sections I had to eat it by pieces. Once again it was an old bun and the bun wasn't a standard hamburger bun. How about the same hamburger about a year ago on Commercial Boulevard and it was totally a different hamburger this time.

Arrived on my scooter, through the drive throughEven though I was on an E Scooter they took me through the drive thru.
Our experience at this particular location was a PLEASANT one. The cashier and cook displayed GREAT Customer Service skills. And to top it off the food was fresh.I would give the cook & cashier a "shiut out" but I forgot their namea, unfortunately. I'm gonna get their names and add them to this review. ???
I called about my incorrect order….. The lady had me on hold for over 10mins and never came back to the phone. Definitely not coming back to this

Ordered wing platter and they gave me all legs and half the meat was gone from the leg like they ate half of it. The chicken tasted old. I went in to return it and the front door is locked. Had to walk around in the rain. Then I tell her I need to return it and she asks me “why did you order it if you didn’t want it?” Like huh? Can I just have my money back? She was very pregnant so I wasn’t rude but here I am. Cuz wth?! Girllllllllahhhhhhh
