I really wanted to give two stars, because normally the food is hot and accurate, so today I decided to do an online mobile order and to be brutally honest I was late picking it up , so I expected my food to be cold, but wrong I disagree. Mind you it's an mobile order, but received like a doordash order. I ordered an large fry ended up with a small, ordered a philly cheese steak without onions my sandwich full of onions.. I've reported them before for customer service , but this is ridiculous waste of money.

drive thru attendant inattentive and distracted. wings have burnt chips on them & NO BLUE CHEESE for the beautiful celery pieces liter makes me sad. half philly cheesesteak looks like it was done on a hot dog bun… disappointed today

I went thru the drive thru. I was immediately recognized at the speaker. Their service was prompt. The order was cooked the way I ordered it. The staff was great.
It's edible in a pinch but I wouldn't go back here if I have other options.
