I can tell you never finished school and that’s why you work here because you can’t READ OR FOLLOW instructions and take it out on other people besides yourself. Since you “don’t want to lose your job over a pizza” i HIGHLY RECOMMEND you get a STANDARD EDUCATION with a DEGREE and find another job maybe one where you don’t have to deal with people face to face or even talk! No matter how you look that UGLY SPIRIT of yours will always make you a -1/100. And to the MANAGER with same CRUSTY MILDEW attitude resign if you can’t control your staff or handle customer complaints! It looks like everyone here in this establishment doesn’t like their job and if you don’t then don’t work there! Ain’t nobody forcing you too!

If I could I would rate the customer service a “0” I’ve been calling this store attempting to make an order from 7pm (employee answered the phone and then hung up) until 10pm when a gentlemen answered and stated the following “it’s New Year’s Eve we closed at 8pm” (it’s Christmas Eve sir) but the corp office states they close at 11:30pm as well as their automated system when you call. This is very unprofessional and I would recommend choosing another location not only did I receive poor customer service but while asking for the employee name he hung up in my face! If this is who have representing your company you should ashamed of yourself as a company!!!

this place was good. but now there is an employee who prepares the pizzas as if they were those from 7 & Eleven, she hardly adds any ingredients. the place was all dirty. Papa John's pizzas are very good but here the quality of the pizza has gone down a lot.

My son and I got terribly ill last night. I tried to call and let them know and sadly they can't connect you to the store. So sorry, but I'll never go there again after this unfortunate experience

bruh… I went in to pick up my order and while I was waiting I saw one of the cooks take a wing out of someone’s order with his bare hands and put it into someone else’s box. Also saw the same cook kicking the pizza boxes with his shoes. Not sure who this one was but the manager or cashier (dude with the red shirt), never put my wings in while I was waiting 10-15 minutes just to ask for my order so I had to wait extra time just for wings. Anyways this place is just really unsanitary and caused me to also have pain in my stomach after eating their pizza so just go somewhere else

Look at the security cameras inside the store. Starting around 1450 hours +.Walked in...no one around. I walked around the back area. No one. Sat down and waited. 5 minutes later I called this store, phone ringing but no answer. 10 minutes later, car pulls up and a tall slim Black guy was dropped off. He walks in, looks around and I tell him I am here to pick up. Get home, we grab a slice and the cheese crust pulls apart from the actual slice! We have pictures. And the pizza is cold.Why was the store absent employees?Why wait 15 minutes or so inside...Numerous issues...
