This is just unacceptable, Management really owes an apology to Pompano Beach due to this Catastrophe and this is absolute Horse Manure.

WE PLACED AN ORDER ONLINE. WAITED OVER AN HOUR AND NEVER RECEIVED IT. THEIR PIZZA TRACKER IS A JOKE AND JUST FOR AMUSEMENT PURPOSES. I CALLED THE STORE AND THE HISPANIC LADY THAT I COULD HARDLY UNDERSTAND WAS RUDE, CONDESCENDING AND SOUNDED LIKE SHE HATES HER JOB!THERE'S TOO MANY OTHER PIZZA PLACES NEARBY TO DEAL WITH THIS TERRIBLE PLACE OF BUSINESS

This place is a joke. Their staff have the mental capacity of a five year old. I ordered a pizza for lunch. After waiting close to an hour and a half, I call the shop and they had no idea where their driver was. The driver ended up delivering to an address not associated with us. I called to find out what was going on and the girl barely spoke a word of English and was rude. They kept putting me on hold. I love Pizza Hut, but I will NEVER order from this location again.

Bunch of negativity literally no one answers the phone the workers are ghetto and ratchet highly unprofessional. To be honest I don’t even know how they are still open. Is the owner really not gonna do anything about this place someone needs send code enforcement over there or something. These lazy people make me absolutely sick. Who even hires these people seriously. People who don’t like there jobs and that are lazy have no self respect or respect for others. Just leave if it’s to much to do what you signed up for it’s not the customers fault yall chose a bad career

Deliberately overcharged us by $15 and then tried to plead ignorance when the person behind us ordered literally the exact same thing for half the price. Manager couldn't even directly respond to my question when confronted about it.

What a pleasant surprise. I was in the mood for a personal pan Hawaiian pizza (ham and pineapple) and this Pizza Hut was not stingy with its toppings. Absolutely hit the spot and what a great find! I’ll be back!Parking: Pizza Hut is part of a small strip mall so parking can be limited depending on the time of day.

They cancelled our 200$ order without telling us.We waited 1h30 and then called and said it has been canceled. Never ordering from there ever again.
Pizza was fresh and piping hot. I am usually disappointed to find a chain restaurant tastes different than it does back home. Not the case at this location. It tasted EXACTLY how it tastes at home.

It has always been my favorite pizzeria, number one in everything, but today I don't know what happened because my order was of very poor quality, the bread on my pizzas seemed to be super thick rubber. After more than 6 years buying very good quality products, today I don't know what happened because the bread on my pizzas was terrible.
