Food is becoming a bit expensive for very small amount of food.// Update was not able to place my order on the Kiosks all 3 were giving me issues. The cashier then proceeded to take my order at the register, it also gave her a problem, once it was situated what I wanted they ended up running out of it.??♀️. It was not meant for me to have it.

I was relaxing at home and wanted to have dinner after work. I placed an order for delivery and paid for it. They didn’t deliver my order and when I called the restaurant they told me to come. when I arrived I saw the indifferent, boorish expressions on the employees’ faces. No one apologized to me and the employees clearly don’t care about the Company’s reputation. I wanted to relax at home and made an order to make my evening easier. in the end, I paid for the delivery of an incorrect order (Uber is not to blame), spent gasoline to get to the restaurant and back home, and MOST IMPORTANTLY, MY TIME AND MY QUIET EVENING WAS STOLEN. SERVICE AT A PRIMITIVE LEVEL. TODAY I WILL FORGET ABOUT THE WORST RESTAURANT FOREVER. I hope that the Company’s management reads the reviews and draws conclusions.

I'm used to order online here and it's incredible how always, like EVERY SINGLE TIME they start to prepare after I get at the store, even saying that it's ready on the website. I came to the store 25 minutes after my order, and when I get here they haven't even started to prepare. I'm here for almost 20 mins waiting and counting. Food is always amazing, but the customer service is terrible. They should hire more workers, because everybody is always busy and even to inform that you're waiting for an order take a long time.
First off I always enjoyed Popeyes. This location was the worst experience I’ve ever had! I did order online and pick up at the drive through…though there was a decent line going at a snails pace…and when I got to the window they said my order was not ready. So I pulled forward…AN HOUR LATER I had enough after watching 6 more cars leave with their food. So when I went in the person was extremely rude saying “I can’t help you we’re extremely busy” first off I left when my order said it was ready…waited patiently and forgotten. Food was cold and didn’t even get fresh chicken. IGNORANT. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION

Food good but... They ran out of covers so I could not get mashed taters for my to go order. Place was busy, lots of employees but only one helping orders placed at counter.. everyone else working drive thru orders (which was very busy)
