Sunday night after 8pm and a 30 minute wait time in the drive thru. It's not like I waited 30 minutes because the place was just so slam packed but because of slow service. Food is decent but not worth waiting 30 minutes for. Do better.

Heard a lot about this place. Middle of the road for me. Not bad but can't touch Popeyes.

Second visit last night about 10PM. Totally cold food even though they were busy. . So , not impressed once again . Think I’ll stick to Chic Fil A for fingers from now on until we get a ZaxbysFirst off the , the employees here could not be nicer and more friendly. Quick service. But at the end of the day, it’s chicken fingers. You could get as good or better fries , Cole slaw and sweet tea at many other places. Chicken is very good, sauce is good too but nothing mind blowing. As to the big question, Zaxbys or Canes? Zaxbys are better fries ( Canes have nothing on them). Zaxbys killer sauces, hands down winner. Chicken is in the same league. Zaxbys good old Texas Toast is tradition, Canes is grilled both sides but it’s a French bread not Texas Toast , which I’m not sure I prefer. Final verdict is what I expected. Another chicken place. I’ll eat them both when I am looking for chicken. No big surprises

Places is overall great but you have to find time to get in between the rushes if you’re there for the rush it’ll be a hassle to get your food and if you didn’t want Cole slow or toast or fries there’s a higher likely hood of an accident happening. Traffic could be over whelming. Customer service is good just besides the accidents with the food(happens here and there if you get there between the rushes).

To be honest and brief. The chicken is very fresh and is better than Chick-fil-aIdk why people make such a big deal about the Texas toast it's kinda mid.Fries are like 7 out of ten they're ok.Coleslaw is average. The seating is fine but there is road noice outside. Service was goodI recommend you to try their food.

*IDEA* Let's sell standard chicken strips and make one sauce the focus of our establishment. Oh, wait... let's charge an additional fee to those who want extra of our one sauce too since our $13 four (small, almost nugget size) strip meal with plain fries and "hotdog" bun garlic roll is really killing our overhead... Don't get me wrong, 42 cents won't break the bank, but don't rudely tell a customer that it costs extra and to wait in line again after they receive their meal. That's what I was welcomed with during my second visit at this particular franchise. On my first visit, I asked for extra sauce and received one with no pushback. I also made a visit to a Miami establishment and experienced no issues with acquiring an extra sauce. It appears that the "ownership" of this Pompano location really pounded the idea of charging extra for sauce into their employees' heads. I was ready and willing to pay for the extra sauce that made this unseasoned (and overcooked) chicken actually enjoyable to eat, but the employee who handed it off said I have to wait in line to purchase extra all while an extra register was open. I really didn't want to wait in line again while my food got cold to purchase an extra sauce. So I decided to "ration" my small portion of sauce for the flavorless chicken. This lot should have stayed a Bobby Rubino's or an empty lot. This place will fade away eventually if this procedure stays the same. Are you really losing money because of sauce?? Do better

I didn’t go inside. First time here and I got a kids meal because I just wanted to try. I didn’t get a sauce, I got ketchup. The chicken just tasted like chicken, I made tasted salt at the most and I think that came from the fries. It didn’t come with toast so I ordered a piece, I didn’t like it but my grandson did. Overall I won’t be back. I tried it, I’m good.

The last time I visited this restaurant was in Colorado and was super happy they opened a few chains in FL. I visited this week and it did not disappoint their tenders, slaw, fries, and bread are delicious as well as their sauce. Service is friendly and quick as well as the vibe in the restaurant. I Highly recommend it and will definitely be back.
