BE AWARE WHEN EATING AT HIBACHI. Look over your itemized bill! They charge an automatic 18% tip and don't tell you when you pay the bill. We recently went for my bday (we even gave them 3 pieces of cake) and tipped 20% on top of the already charged 18% tip. The cc machine automatically asks if you'd like to tip. The server didn't say a word!!! I went back and asked for an itemized bill and they knew exactly why I came back. I told them I wanted to talk to corporate and they immediately offered the 20% tip back.

As soon as I walked in I was rudely greeted kindly asked for a menu so I could order my food to go due to me not wanting to eat around rude people that act like they didn’t want me there finally I order my food the guy didn’t have change for a 50 so weird so he asked me would it be ok if he kept my change ummm no so he was upset that he had to make change to give me my change so after he was fustrated with me he tells me to have a seat at the bar then yells at me to not sit at the bar sit next to it after he just told me to sit at the bar I wouldn’t recommend this place

This place was nice but the guy who prepared the food was not entertaining at all and he used waaaaay too much butter to fry the rice, for the vegetables it was a bit on the burnt side and tasted as so. The meats used seemed very fresh and were very tasty. Other than that it was an okay experience would I go back maybe not.

There is only one menu listed on their website and it includes sushi. After arriving at this location we were told they didn’t do sushi at this location. Service was just okay. We ordered udon soup which was very bland. We also ordered Yaki Udon which was pretty good!!

Spectacular habachi, super delicious food, highly recommended.
We held a wedding at this location. Lilly did her best to ensure that the celebration was marvelous for all who attended. The private room was available right when we needed it. We took our time during the occasion and felt welcomed and appreciated the entire time. The food was fantastic, the service was excellent. A phenomenal experience overall. Thank you. It's nice to know that great customer service still exists in restaurants and staff that truly care about their business.

My friends and I got hibachi at Saito a couple of weeks ago. I’ve been to hibachi countless times (mainly at Benihana) and have always had a nice time. The chefs usually tell lighthearted, silly jokes. This was not the case at Saitos. The hibachi chef openly mocked me multiple times. He would listen to the conversation I was having and repeat what I said, laughing. He called me “skinny blondie” multiple times. He was also mocking the other party at our table. I have a good sense of humor and don’t get offended easily but I did not find this funny. The food is good, but was honestly a very unprofessional experience as a whole and left me feeling bad. Disappointing and offensive overall.

Loved this place. Just what I expected. Very Entertaining watching the cook with his fancy tricks with knives and fire, good personality. Food was excellent and prices were better Benihanas. The menu rolls down from the ceiling, it's huge and easy to read and understand. When ordering is finished, the menu rolls back up to the ceiling. Very cool. We'd definitely go back.

The food here is absolutely amazing! Everything is fresh, tasty, and the portions are decent size. We ordered takeout and our meals were made quickly, correctly, and everything we ordered was delicious.
