Nice place with some good food, I'll be visiting again.

I came for lunch. Not too busy. Tumi is a Quechua (language of the Incas) word for knife. There were knives for different purposes. Nowadays its a ceremonial knife often hung on a wall. I encountered this in my travels in Peru. The food here is Peruvian, as is the motif. I ordered corvina. It was tasty. Reasonably priced. Service was efficient.

Slow, AC wasn’t working, couldn’t get the order correct. Just find another Peruvian spot you’ll be better off.

Mejorar la sazón Peruana. No parece preparado por Peruanos.

Only the picarones were good. In 2017 i came here and the food was great. I came here for the first time since then and am extremely disappointed in the food. everything was either extremely salty or tasted rancid and old. there is only one waitress which was sad. Was extremely let down this time. this place has gone to garbage unfortunately.

This place is a hidden gem. My girlfriend and I stumbled upon it when she went to do her nails. It's located in a plaza where you wouldn't think too much of. The food here was fantastic. Everything was fresh and authentic. Wouldn't think twice of coming back here again

The food is so delicious ?. I had the fish broth, chicken fried rice and the beef with french fries sauteed with onions and tomatoes/rice on the side it was plenty for 2. Do yourselves a favor and go here. It's clean and the customer service is wonderful.

We've been going to Tumi for many many years. It's one of those whole in the wall places that doesn't let you down. Absolutely delicious, every time!

I will say the only reason why I am knocking off one star is because they are running on a very limited menu. I found this place through yelp and was excited to try many things I saw on the menu that is posted online. However when we arrived at the restaurant we were given a single sheet of paper with a few items on it, which was a bit disappointing. I asked if this is something they are doing now or if it was limited because it was Sunday. I was told it is because of Covid, which it's perfectly understandable. Still disappointing though. The majority of the Items they have now are seafood, there are only a few dishes that are meat and chicken. I wish I would've had the presence of mind to take a picture of the menu. I didn't think it was worth it but now that I am writing this I feel that he was kind of important. Next time I will make it a point. Still they had some variety: Lomo and Chicken Saltado, Chaufa, A few fish diahes, calamari, ceviche, tallarines. I had Lomo Saltado. It was delicious and the portion was huge! So flavorful. We also shared an anticucho. It was so tasty. A little on the rare side for me, but super flavorful. The hubs has peacado a lo macho. It looked amazing. He was happy. Service was also good. Wait staff were wearing masks, they are running on limited capacity and there was sanitizer for customers to use. Great place overall. Another local mom and pops place to add to my list!

We visited Tumi Restaurant on a Sunday afternoon. Parking was easy and they promptly guide us to a table. Due to the pandemic Mask are required, capacity is limited and tables are more than 6 feet apart. At the entrance the have a sanitizer dispenser. A few TV on the walls show photos of classic Peruvian dishes and drink. Due to the capacity restrictions, their are currently offering a limited menu, however it is a very nice selection of Peruvian dishes. We opted for Anticucho (cow heart) as an appetizer, and my wife has "Lomo Saltado", while had "Pescado a lo Macho". The Anticucho was very nicely seasoned and tasted great. I wished it had a few more roasted potatoes, but for the price it is a great deal. My wife was very happy with her Lomo Saltado. My Pescado a lo Macho was a great choice. The filet of fish had a delicious salsa and sea food (clams, calamari, octopus etc) mixed in. It came with white rice a three pieces of fried Yuca. Overall, everything tasted amazing. The place was clean and they fallowed safety guidelines. Service was friendly and prompt. Prices are very reasonable. FYI, they are closed on Monday. If you like Peruvian or Latin food, give Tumi Restaurant a try. We had a great meal and look forward to eating here again.
