Meat should always receive salt before grilling because it seals the meat and enhances it flavor. It seem like Five Guys is not using salt on the meat. Even though the quality of the meat is excelent, it lacks flavor because of not having salt.The bread could be a bit bigger so the ingredients would not be falling all over.Pricewise, they are too expensive for a burger. ...too bad I am hooked on the free peanuts lol

I got served a really stale bun with some chicken that wasn’t great and I wouldn’t go back there. I didn’t even go back to tell them because I was so tired and I felt like the quality was so terrible I would just get more terrible service and the fries were not hot. Chikfila wound never. Wendy’s is declining.

Went to drive threw at 9pm service was so slow every car that gets up to window took 5 to 8 minutes to get there order. By the time I got my food everything was cold and the frosty was melted. They are so slow there or severely under staffed. Poor management of store. Also the said credit card machine was broken and they wanted cash only sounded shady.

This may be the WORST Wendy's I've ever been to. The soda machine had no ice. I asked them for ice and they were annoyed. Then, the Diet Coke was completely flat. I asked them to pour me one from behind the counter. And they say they don't have it. All the while I had to wait over 15 minutes for my order. No one seems to speak English, nor do they care about responding to anyone.
