We went for pizza and specifically here because they offer gluten-free pizza. They offer a regular GF crust and cauliflower crust. I ordered the regular GF crust. My husband ordered a non GF crust pizza. He enjoyed his pizza for the most part (he ordered the crust well done and it was not well done crust). I was not thrilled with my GF crust, it was over well done and hard to bite into around the edges. I did though enjoy the toppings, they were very good.The atmosphere is nice, rustic and cozy. They have an interesting bar area. Quite an original design. They restaurant is also broken into two sections; one side is counter order, seat yourself, pick up food when your number is called, the other is sit down, server service (we sat on this side).We've eaten at the V's location in Jax Beach before and that pizza was better. I would have to chalk up our dinner as hopefully a one off situation and I would definitely try it again.

First time there… A great spot for the atmosphere but I was totally disappointed with the service and the pizza quality. I live in Jacksonville Beach and love that location and never disappointed there! The atmosphere at Palm Valley is awesome but the pizza was very slow in getting to us (I think they forgot us) and way under cooked and soggy. Our appetizer arrived quickly, but still no pizza. We asked what the delay was and also asked for wings to be added to our order. The wings showed up in 10 minutes but still no pizza. The pizza showed up 10 or 15 minutes later, undercooked and soggy. We should’ve sent it back but we’re starving at this point!

We were warmly greeted by Dylan at the "more self serve" side of the restaurant as first time visitors and he explained the concept so well and made us feel right at home as all of the staff made an extra effort to do so as well! Even brought us sampling of their Excellent Signature wings that were juicy and well seasoned, tender and the 4 wings were a meal alone! The Margherita signature pizza was flavorful, cheesy, wonderful sauce and 8 perfect sized pieces for 2 people! Comfortable and cozy atmosphere like you are back in the old West! A great experience that will bring us back many times!

Had 4 entrees. Each one came out with 2 or 3 minutes in between. One of our pizzas was undercooked. After the 2nd entree, I had to remind our server that we hadn’t gotten our salads. Drink carbonation seemed off. V Pizza is typically great. They even catered our wedding a few years ago but this time it didn’t live up to their standards.
