My burrito bowl could have definitely used some kind of sauce. It was on the dry side. But I think that was my fault because it was my first time there and I don't think I ordered it correctly, so I'm not going to ding them for that.

Stood there for 20 minutes and nobody came out to take my order. I could hear all the workers in the back talking and showing each other videos on their phones. I yelled excuse me a few times with nobody paying any attention to me.

Food was surprisingly good for how terrible the service is. The staff seemed nice enough, but there was no urgency or care to prepare the food in a quicker manner. There needs to be a separate worker handling the pick up orders, DoorDash is ridiculous anyways and if you can’t handle them then don’t use their services. Probably won’t come here again unless it’s not on the weekend.
