We went there last night for dinner. I ordered the Reuben. Worst sandwich I've ever eaten. Corned beef was so tough it was a tug of war to eat. 2 thick sliced pieces of meat. And that was my Reuben. If we would've eaten there I would've been right back at the counter with it. Disgusting.

The food was terrible chicken nuggets were as hard as a rock ,the sandwich bacon, turkey had so much ranch it made the bread soggy.the frys were cold.We paid $31.00 at a fast food restaurant for a meal that we couldn't eat. Horrible we will never eat there again...
Greeted warmly walking in the door by multiple people. Then our cashier Jessica smiled and happily took our order, made us feel like we were valuable. As we were dining she came over to check to see if we needed anything. Our food was prepared exactly as ordered, the roast beef and turkey fresh and warm. It was my best Arby’s experience yet. Well done 1380 Tamiami Trail location! Your GM knows how to get return customers!
