I ordered online and chose the curbside pick up option clicked the email saying “im here” and I waited 10 minutes after the time that It was supposed to be ready and then I called. I couldn’t get through to anyone. I waited another 10 minutes called again. Still no answer. I couldn’t go inside because I had my two infants with me and I forgot my stroller at home. However I still kept calling hoping I could get through to someone. After 30 mins of waiting Thankfully, I ended up seeing somebody I knew asked them to watch my babies so I could go inside and see what the hold up was on my food. I was told that they don’t do “curbside pickup” at this location but that wasn’t anywhere on that website and I told them that I called several times and waited 30 mins all the kept saying was “we don’t do curbside here” they didn’t offer to remake my food nor give me a refund. Extremely disappointed. And due to waiting for so long our food was soggy & gross.

Tried this for the first time via Uber Eats. One of two things happened: either they completely screwed up the order or gave us the wrong one. An entire sandwich was missing along with the existing three being all wrong. On top of that, the food is mediocre. Penn Station is much better. Would never recommend this place.

I’ve Literally Been Trying To Avoid This, But Charley's Service Inside Of The Port Charlotte Mall Is Not What It Use To Be. They Rush You To Order Your Food, And Then Act Like You Can’t Ask For Other Toppings Or Extras. I Was Giving Them Benefit Of The Doubt For 2 Years But Clearly There Is Some Prejudice Of BLACK CUSTOMERS.

I do miss when Malls were the thing. I always loved Steak Escape in the food court. I haven't seen a Steak Escape in sometime however I recently gave Charley's Cheesesteaks a try and the food was outstanding. It was like a trip back to the eighties and nineties. I will no longer be missing Steak Escape.
