This place is a train wreck tried to order a cheese quesadilla was told they had a meeting today and they will only make them for on line orders only but it's on there menu. Ordered a salad ask for dressing and was told NO dressing is for on line orders only because they already have paid like what am I not going to pay for my order. All I can say is welcome MOE'S there just right across the street. What a joke

Service is 98% of the time super great. The employees are super nice and get people through the line without feeling rushed. They keep up on the freshness of everything and looks Cleaner than other ones I've been to. This is one of my top places to pick for lunch when I don't make one for work.

The food is so good but the portions are inconsistent and if you order for pick up you HAVE to check your order. Every time I’ve been through the drive thru, they’ve missed items or messed up the bowl I ordered. We order some of our toppings on the side now (like the spicy salsa) cuz sometimes the burrito bowl is drenched and sometimes it’s not

We have always had a great experience at this Chipotle! The food is consistently delicious, the restaurant is always clean, and we are always in and out pretty quickly even with a line. I usually go inside to order, but tonight I tried online ordering and the drive-thru pick up. Had a great experience with online and drive-thru as well! The other reviews worried me but the entire experience was great and food came out delicious, as is our usual experience. Thank you, Chipotle Port Charlotte!
