I went there for the first time on Easter Sunday. The young man who served me was nice but could smile more. My main concerns are 2. First is how messy and unclean the area was where the drinks get mixed towards the front counter next to the pickup area. Next, there was a young man working there who was extremely sloppy looking in his appearance. His hair was very bushy and unkempt, his facial hair as well, his DD shirt was barely ok, and finally his jeans were so baggy and had such a poor fit to the point of nearly hanging to his butt. He didn't look more than 23 years old. I spoke to the "lead shift" girl who was so stoned faced while I was talking to her. I simply told her that the young man didn't look professional, but instead looked very sloppy. If a food service employee doesn't care about their appearance, they won't care about food service. I can't say I'd go there again.

Placed an order through the app this morning to pick up inside. Get to the store & a sign says lobby closed use drive thru. If you have to close your lobby at least close down the app ordering for walk in to pick up your order. This is so frustrating..... and it'd not the 1st time it has happened.

My partner ordered a large drink at this dunkin to which they said they were out of, BUT could give him a medium with very light ice, to which he agreed happily. As they gave him is medium drink, there were 2 inches between the top and where his coffee was. He politely asked if they could add more coffee as that is what he asked for. The employee at the counter was incredibly rude, told him that's just how it is, even after explaining the situation. This location needs to learn costumer hospitality.

I visited this location a total of 3 times all around the 4 am open time in the same week. I was delighted I would be able to get a coffee that early on my way to work and sit and read a little before I left. The first two visits were uneventful. However on my 3rd and absolute final visit, I was greeted with "Oh my God" ( as to say, " How dare you come here at open.") upon arrival from a disgruntled employee named Nikki. Apparently she isn't into being in the coffee business when they open the store. I don't want to be there or even awake at 4 am either Nikki but here we are. She went on to make the entire transaction unbearable, and was at least consistent in her unrelenting feral attitude. Stacy, who I'd seen the two prior mornings, and appears to be the ringmaster of this java circus; did as expected, which was nothing to reign in her off leash creature. A younger employee named Cat did take pity on me and show a scared but empathetic attitude, apologizing with pleading eyes and embarrassment for the so called coworkers. I did complain to corporate with no avail, and also mention that Cat was the only reason I continued the transaction. So I now sit in my car for an hour and wait for Starbucks to open so I can be treated like a human, sit in a decent chair and get a drink made to standard. Nevertheless, if you enjoy being cold, sitting in a stark environment, being belittled for being a patron, or just like harsh lighting, by all means visit this location, so you too can enjoy an inferior coffee like substance surrounded by incompetent imbeciles. This establishment would get 5 stars if it was a corrections institute. I will say the bathroom was clean and frequented by the caffeine guzzling rubber knife gang running the place.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I waited over 15 minutes at the drive through order screen and nobody answered me, so I drove up to the window and waited 10 more minutes to be ignored some more.
