Stopped here on a road trip, apparently during rush hour (around 8:00am) - the place was hoppin! There was a long wait (a solid 30 minutes), just because of the volume of people there at this time, but the employees were awesome! They were all working super hard to get orders out as quickly as possible, while still being friendly and professional. They get 5 stars for sure! Took off a star for this review only because there needs to be some reassessment and planning here - it was so busy traffic was backed up on the road for the drive thru during the entires more than 30minutes I was there, and people were also waiting in line inside for in-person & mobile orders. Good problems to have for business, but customers be aware that you may have a much longer than expected wait during peak times.
My partner & I come here all the time, I personally have been coming here for years, and we are always greeted with a smile and “good morning” (or afternoon knowing us?) and we always get our food in a timely manner & it’s ALWAYS made perfectly. I wish I could give 10 stars!!! My favorite Dunkin’ in SWFL :)

Dunkin' still has the best, original coffee for the price. Tied with Kristy Kreme for donut variety and taste. I would like to see Dunkin' experiment with Monk fruit in place of sugar in order for us diabetes to enjoy a donut a few times a week.Dietary restrictions: Replace sugar with Monk fruit.

I hated every minute of it, I went to stretch my legs after a long road trip and the restrooms looked disgusting and there was a woman at the register that she was disciplining her children I believe but she yelled so hard everyone went silent and she WORKS THERE I’m so sorry for the rest of the staff they’re ears must be hurting DONT COME HERE GO TO WAFFLE HOUSE NEXT TO, they so nice!!
