I thought firehouse subs with the best we have I’d loved their subs until yesterday. The sub was terrible. Never had such a bad sub. The bread when baked was overcooked, then toasted the bottom bread was burnt. It’s not what I expected. I don’t know if I ever will go back there again. I’d rather go to Subway.

The staff here are truly delightful. Cheerful, friendly and courteous. Our sandwiches were made to our specs. The dining room was clean and comfortable. As a vegetarian I appreciate the Veggie Sub.

The best place to get a steamed sub. The turkey tastes fresh and I enjoy their limited holiday drinks in the fountain area. Area is very clean, and is a comfortable place to be in. I recommend this joint for fastand delicious subs.Kid-friendliness: They treat kids like Adults.
Wow! So sad that all the employees looked miserable as soon as I walked in. I smiled and said hello, and nothing. When I got to the counter, the girl seemed annoyed. I said, "nobody seems happy today." Her response was nothing except, "what can I get you"?Almost turned around to leave; however, I was hungry and the place was very clean, and remember the food being good from other Firehouse subs I've been to. Seriously, if employees are that unhappy, they need to go elsewhere and the management should be aware!! I will not be back to this location.

Stopped by for a quick bite after developing an appetite at J&J. Nice place, super clean and great staff. Ordered the Firehouse Steak and cheese Sub. Really hit the spot and unlimited refills for your drinks can't be topped. My Cuz had the meatball sub and said it was really good. Kudos to the staff they work hard and keep the place spotless!
Smokehouse brisket sandwich is the best. Staff is always friendly and the food is on point. I’ve heard some complaints about soggy sandwiches. Some subs don’t travel well and can get a lil mush, the brisket and the turkey bacon ranch being 2. Consume asap and you won’t be disappointed.

Never had an issue with this place until today. An employee was clearly sick and wiping her nose with her hands and sniffling as she's making food but the worst part was, my wheat bread on my sub had mold on it!

Food is great! The girls taking orders are horrible. I've been to the Port Charlotte Florida store several times and every time I'm there they have so much attitude. Doesn't matter if I'm smiling or not. They will huff and roll their eyes when taking someone's order, and look at them like they are aggravated by you coming there? Girl trust me if my son didn't want it, I would go somewhere else due to the employees. Go find another job if you're not happy.

During today's visit. We ordered the same subs we always get and. Noticed the mayo tasted different. And we asked 3 workers if they changed mayonnaise product and. None of the workers could answer the question. So either. They were using different Mayo or the mayonnaise is spoiled. Very unpleasant experience.
